Needed to find a place for a state inspection and Strickland Brothers was highly recommended. Christian was courteous and professional and very easy to work with. Got handed a bottle of water as I drove in and the whole process was easy. The shop and waiting area are overall well-kept and clean and was very impressed about how smooth everything went. Thanks again Christian!
View on GoogleFirst time here today, and I will be back because Jordin provided phenomenal service. I'd been taking my vehicle to the Toyota dealership for regular maintenance under the service plan, but it expired. Plus, the last time I was at the Toyota dealership, I didnt get very good service. I came to Strickland Brothers because of other Google reviews. Jordin greeted me with a bottle of water. He was very informative and performed a quick safety check of my lights, blinkers, and brakes. We discovered together that the cord connection my hood release to the hood was disconnected. (Thanks, Toyota of Irving.) He was able to get the hood open and even tried to fix it, but we just didnt have any luck. Jordin was thorough but also didn't try to oversell me. That's important and refreshing. I also knew the price before any work started, and while I didn't take advantage of any recommendations today, they were greatly appreciated. Shout out to all the others at Strickland providing exceptional service on a rainy Saturday!

Was super fast, convenient and I was able to get my oil change and inspection taken care of and they explained all the steps gave us some waters while we waited. I think it was the fastest oil change I’ve ever gotten done. Will definitely be back next time thank you!
View on GoogleMy husband and I went to Strickland Brothers for an oil change a few days ago. We only went there because a coworker told me they were good and right around the corner. I didn’t think much of it but when we got there I was blown away by their outstanding customer service. Jose and Flores took care of us. They were very honest and transparent about an issue they noticed with the truck and recommended that we get it looked at before paying for an oil change so we wouldn’t waste any money. I felt like our business was actually valuable and not just giving us a fake smiled sales pitch. I will 100% never go anywhere else for an oil change! Thank you Jose and Flores for making genuine customer service your top priority!
View on GoogleI've now been to Strickland Brothers in Lewisville three times, and I really prefer it over some other choices for a quick oil change. They're very knowledgeable and friendly, and they're not as pushy on upselling other services while you're there (although they'll definitely point out things that do need attention). They've become the only place I'll go for our family's oil changes and inspections.
