On December 19th I went and got an oil change at Take 5 at 1412 S State Highway 121 Lewisville, TX 75067 the technician stated I had an oil leakage I immediately called Ricardo and he advised me to bring the car in he takes my keys and checks my vehicle ten minutes later he stated I have an oil leak and to come look I look under the car I see a little oil and he states it’s leaking and the repair would have to be 1,600 because it requires removal of the engine because the leak is coming from inside I’ll attach the pictures from the videos taken he stated this is an example of what they would have to do to my car so he recommended me to start saving I was automatically hysterical in tears so I was told to get an second opinion and went Hamms 1017 Fox Ave Lewisville, TX 75067 were they advised me of it being multiple codes it needed a tune up with the vehicle,but their was no oil leak it was just due to the vehicle being older and with mileage over 200k theirs going to be wear and tear,but their was no oil leakage I saw what I believed was oil from a leak when brought to Ricardo but it was just because of the recent oil change that happened literally prior to seeing him. I am so upset that he would try to take advantage of my trust with him in his experience and expertise with vehicles,but to try to advise such a big amount for a problem that was not there to begin with is alarming,be careful and always get a second opinion! This is my second review they continue to delete my review!

View on GoogleAfter having a bad experience at another garage, my brother directed me here. They made me feel much better about my repair and detailed everything they found and did. The job ended up costing a lot less than the first garage was going to charge me and for better work. They bent over backward to save me as much money as possible. They also have financing, albeit at ruinous rates. Still, more options are better and some might be grateful for it.
