I found them through a friend referral When I was looking For a new mechanic to have some work done on my car, I knew the issue, struts need replaced. From my first interaction, Frank and Shane were so friendly and professional. They did a very thorough evaluation, confirmed the work I needed done, and did not try to push other work but made me aware of some other things to be keeping an eye on with my aging car that could eventually cause some issues. As a young female I felt very respected And provided honest information. I was very pleased with the repair work, And they're quality and professionalism. I will not hesitate to use them again!

Thank you Shane, Michael and Frank along with the technicians that helped get the Tahoe all fixed up. 2015 LTZ- 121k- OEM Y pipe installed, steering wheel button not working and you guys nailed it fast and got it working. Got the brake flush done and everything with great communication and timely completion. We don’t go to shops often but when we do, we will go here first.

Very professional in their approach! I had an on going issue for almost a year. The vehicle has been to three shops prior to Lorentz. Each shop came up with a different solution to the issue. Changed out plugs, changed out ignition coils, problem continued, next suggested bad fuel pump. Thousands of dollars spent with inept mechanics. The problem did not go away. I then asked my friends for a real mechanic shop. That's how I found Lorents Automotive. Made an appointment, repeated what had been done prior, they ran the diagnostic and found the problem. It turned out to be the oxygen sensors (2). Within 30 hours, repair was completed with OEM parts and the year long issue/problem is fixed and hopefully does not rear the problem again. Lorentz Automotive kept me informed as they step by step isolated the problem. As a retired engineer, I appreciated the detailed approach and constant communications. They are now my shop for automotive services. If you are dealing with automotive issues, give them a try. I feel you will not be disappointed.

The fellas at Lorentz do a great job. I'm pretty handy myself and often make my own repairs. As a woman, I'm generally suspicious of garage guys because many believe females don't know much about cars. I repair all my appliances and sometimes my vehicles, so I know if someone is trying to pull a 'blinker fluid' kinda scam on me. Not the guys at Lorentz. They tell me what is needed and what is coming up soon (my shocks are gonna need replacing soon)and I appreciate that. They don't treat me like a dumb blonde or think that since I'm a girl I don't know what's wrong. They don't condescend. They're straight shooters. I appreciate that. I'll keep going to Lorentz and recommending them to my friends.
