Best kept secret! Lakeshore Automotive has certainly put my mind at ease. My most recent visit was for our 30.000 mile service....the personnel were so professional and friendly. I had already called the dealership where we purchased our car & asked the cost....We saved Hundreds of $'s...Franklin was the person at the front desk...such a nice person...so thankful Lakeshore Automotive is right here in Las Colinas & I'm confident in their quality work. I had been quoted over $100 at the dealer for synthetic oil change & filter...here it is $59.99! Thank you, Lakeshore, for your integrity & being there when we need you!!!

Steve was extraordinary. It's not easy finding a mechanic shop who's honest and who doesn't try to kill ya with up-selling. This is not that shop. They're honest and do great work, have a 3 year parts and labor warranty and even give loaner cars! Kudos Lakeshore! A++++

Upon picking up my car, the mechanic came out with me to make sure I was fully satisfied and that the car was performing as expected. I usually do all my own truck maintenance. But I was stuck 400 miles from home and had no choice but to take it some where. I lucked out. They are super friendly. And honest. They looked over everything sent me pictures of everything and gave me all the choices of how much I wanted done. I would recommend them to anyone in the area. I really want to bring my other truck back just to have them inspect everything. I could add it to my list of tados.
