I am so beyond blessed to have found a honest and caring place to take my car in for repairs and regular maintenance. Daniel in the front office is so wonderful he always takes care to make sure we are taken care of. I bought a used car with a bunch of problems from a dealership and he has been helping me fix in order of importance and also what we can hold off on or do ourselves. It’s truly hard to find such a honest place that is willing to work with you and they deserve all the STARS and more.

Car care is very complex these days; Daniel took the time to answer my questions about the details of the service. I'll return. Work done included DSG transmission service and fuel filter replacement. I think the pricing is very reasonable. I did my homework and compared four shops. Update: Krause did another round of service towards my 120k maintenance. All good. Very helpful, and very personable experience.

I have been to a number of other places to get my mini fixed, and Krause is the only one that has consistently worked hard and fast to make sure my vehicle is up and running again. Also, the prices are pretty good. I never feel like I’m getting overcharged or that I am getting scammed since everything is so transparent surrounding part cost and labor costs. This is the only place I really trust with my car now!
