This place is awesome! It's a family owned business with mechanics that are easy to talk to and genuinely care about you and your car. There are great payment options (including affirm and online payments) that make it easy and convenient to get repairs. Besides how fast the job was taken care of, it was also very neat and precisely done. Lastly, they went above and beyond and cleaned my entire engine bay when they didn't have to. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

I brought in my Dodge ram with the infamous ticking due to my lifters failing. I am not from the area so I absolutely did my research before just taking my truck to any shop. I had a great experience with JC Auto Repair LLC. They were extremely professional, hardworking, and honest throughout the entire process. I went in thinking I was going to need a possible new engine due to oil and coolant mixing but they ran diagnostics on my vehicle, flushed out the entire engine system, and replaced a spark plug to get everything running properly again. Their customer service was excellent from start to finish, and the pricing was absolutely fair for the amount of work they did. It’s hard to find mechanics you can truly trust, but these guys definitely earned my business going forward. Highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable auto repair work.

I took my 05 Honda to this shop for my AC, and when I told him the issue he quotes me the amount which was very reasonable. On top of that, he handled it the same day, and cleaned the inside of my engine bay. He also stayed behind closing time because I told him I wouldn't make it by the time I got off, so he waited. I've never had a mechanic actively tell me about his repair process as he's doing it, and he sent me videos. This guy is phenomenal and will have my business going forward with anything wrong with my vehicle. Thank you Carlos!

Excellent experience from start to finish with JC. I have been looking for a new independent repair facility for my wife's BMW and wow, did JC ever deliver. Outstanding customer service and communication, they even cleaned up/shined under the hood, which was a really nice and appreciated gesture, and shows how much pride they take in their business.
