Joyce, Jesse and their team are nothing short of AMAZING!!! I went in to get more information about my hail damage and Joyce took such good care of me. She was extremely professional, thorough and knowledgeable. She explained the process from start to finish and she communicated with me daily about any updates with my car/insurance. Honestly after dealing with Jays auto I don’t think I’ll take my car anywhere else! My car was literally covered in hail damage and I’m so happy with the results my car looks brand new. This team is so passionate about what they do and they truly care about making their customers happy. You honestly can’t find service like this anymore. Seriously, I can’t thank you guys enough!!! If you want amazing service, quality work with top notch customer service do not look any further this is the place for you I promise!

I can't recommend Jay's Auto Clinic highly enough, if there were 6 stars instead of 5 these fine people would have it. I had some hail damage to my 2021 King Ranch and their Tech Specialist Michael did a absolutely amazing Job. It was done so quick and so perfect I was shocked I think the man may have magic abilities. Jay and his people are wonderful and if you trust them to work there magic on your ride I am sure that you will be thrilled with the result. Thank you for a wonderful job well done! They also do graphics, wraps, tint and a whole lot more!

Let me give a HUGE shout out to Joyce and Jay, who own Jays Auto Clinic in The Colony!! My step daughter's car was beat to hell in the last hail storm that hit Melissa several weeks ago. It did $9,000 in damage, but this place has literally made the car look brand new again! They even had if fully detailed afterwards! We found one little missed ding and they immediately pulled it back in and fixed it. They took care of getting us a rental for the week and every other little detail making this an effortless experience. Not to mention, the quality in the work is outstanding. Super nice family owned business and very attentive!! And lastly if you mention the Friends of The Colony Animal Services they even said those referrals will go towards a donation to helping out the animals in our community.

I highly recommend Jay’s Auto Clinic! I got into a minor car accident a few months ago. My car suffered some cosmetic damage and a dent on the front right bumper. My car also had some hail damage from the hail storm in September. I stopped my Jay’s auto clinic for a quote, and they worked with me to find the cheapest possible solution. They were transparent, honest, warm, and most importantly - very friendly and easy to work with. They gave me a ride to enterprise and picked me up so I could get a rental car while they were repairing my car. They fixed the damage from the accident and the hail damage as well. They are a family run business and a great option for any repair service!

I cannot express enough how incredible my experience was with Jay’s Auto Clinic + Hail Repair! From the very first interaction to the moment I got my keys back, they made the entire process feel completely effortless. Texas storms can be brutal, and my SUV’s hood was proof of that! It was covered in so many dents. I was honestly worried it would never look the same again. However, when they returned the vehicle to me, I was absolutely in shock! It looks brand new again! You would never know that hail had even touched the vehicle. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are truly next-level. Beyond the actual repair, their customer service is amazing!!!!!! They truly went above and beyond by basically valeting my vehicle for me, which saved me so much stress and time! But what really blew me away was the turnaround; they had my car back to me the very next day! I've never experienced service that was both this fast and this professional. If you are looking for a team that is professional, warm, and master of their craft, look no further. I can’t thank them enough for their hard work and for making me feel so well taken care of.
