Been here 3 times total and had a great experience each time. If this place offers a service, I won’t go anywhere else. The quality work and the quality price would have been enough to recommend this place to anyone, but the friendly customer service is the cherry on top. I never feel talked down to, or taken advantage of. 5 stars.
View on GoogleI gave this shop a chance based on my first impression. The guy at the front counter was professional and straightforward, so I decided to trust them with my truck. That was a mistake. I had an oil change, tire rotation, and one tire installed. When I picked up my truck, there was oil smeared down the driver’s side door and window because no one bothered to wipe it off. Annoying, but I figured I’d just wash it myself. The next morning, I started my truck and smoke was pouring out of the engine bay. They left enough oil on the engine for it to burn off while I was driving. That’s careless and completely unacceptable. While looking over the truck, I also found the plastic trim by one of the wheels bent and crimped. It appears the lift arms were placed incorrectly when they raised the truck. Since I didn’t notice it until I got home, it’s now my word against theirs, and I’m left paying for damage that wasn’t there before. I work hard for my vehicles, and I expect a basic level of care from a repair shop. Instead, I got a dirty truck, an engine smoking from spilled oil, and damaged trim. If this is the level of attention they give to routine maintenance, I have no interest in trusting them with anything more. I won’t be back, and I can’t recommend them to anyone who values their vehicle.

Each time the team identified the problems immediately, provided efficient repairs without over charging. The shop has been serving the neighborhood for decades, it is truly built to last with high standard professional skills and business ethics. Highly recommended.

As a female, it’s so nice to know there is an automotive shop I can trust not to scam me and shoot me straight. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Hamm’s and I am a forever customer!
