Carlos was beyond helpful!! I was told that my motor was locked from Walmart. I called to get more information. A second opinion. I called to see what I could do and he advised me to reach out to my extended warranty to see if I had coverage. I then towed my vehicle to the shop where they ran a full diagnostic just to find out I needed gas lol all my fault! Helpful, communicative, pictures, and videos of everything that was done to the car. There’s a portal created that has all of your information retained on it. Coffee and snacks were provided while waiting. And offered to order a ride home since the car was staying! I will always come back here. Thank you Elite Bros and Carlos! Also thank you Lester! 😊

Hands down, one of the better shops I’ve been too. Service is way better than the dealerships. They provide the same level of service, if not better for a competitive price. It’s not the same shop with 1-2 guys, it’s a team of dedicated service providers who love what they do. Carlos was more than I can ask for during a stressful period and lack of time. Highly recommend checking them out first even as comparison to another company.

I went to Elite Bros planning to replace the shocks on my Yukon because the front end was bouncing on the highway. Lester took the time to inspect it and found that the real issue wasn’t the shocks, but a bad motor mount that needed to be replaced. I’m really glad I brought it to him for an accurate diagnosis. He also replaced my sway bar links while doing the motor mount work. Elite Bros provides exceptional service, and I would definitely recommend them for any auto care needs.

Carlos and the team were excellent. Walmart originally told us the motor was locked and said they had done an oil change, but Carlos and his team took the time to properly inspect the car, send pictures, and clearly explain everything. They discovered the oil change had not actually been done and took care of it properly. They also found the main issue was simply that the car needed gas, which was a huge relief. They were very transparent and also pointed out other maintenance items we should be aware of without any pressure. While we waited, they offered snacks and kept us updated on timing. Since they had to hold the car for a day, they even arranged a Lyft ride for us. Great honesty, communication, and customer service. Highly recommend Carlos and the team!
