These folks are well run and very customer focussed. I do nearly all maintenance and repairs on my vehicles and am very particular about who I select and allow to do any of the remaining work on my vehicles that I cannot do (wheel alignments, tire mounting/balancing, inspections, etc.). I had a screw in my tire that was not discovered until about 5:30 PM on a Saturday and their site closed at 6PM. I called ahead and they recognized me and my vehicle on the phone from previous work I had done there with the. I arrived at 5:45 PM and they took care of the flat repair immediately upon rolling up. Great service and I highly recommend.

I happen to accidentally come here with a need to fix my new tire that had a nail in it. Cory made some suggestions and I coudnt be happier with he's outstanding service. Cory went above and beyond. I know because I visited discount tire and Costco and they just wanted to make things up and hike prices than fix a tire issue. Drivers Edge is my now go to place for tires and auto. Excellent place to deal with in every way. I highly recommend them for their professional service and give them an A+ in all areas. God bless ‘em for helping me out🙏🏻.

Thank you Driver's Edge for getting me back on the road quickly & safely. My car was towed to Driver's Edge after I hit debris in the road. I knew two tires were flat, but not if there was additional damage. Preston kept me informed every step of the way. Luckily, with 2 new tires and an alignment I was good to go. And my car is driving great. Thanks for taking care of my car & my sanity!

I took my vehicle in for oil change on coupon price for full synthetic $39.99 Wow great price. I scheduled an appointment online for 2pm. At 6 pm closing they had not completed the work. The manager apologized for the inconvenience and took full responsibility for scheduling more work than the current staff could complete. He offered the a free oil change if I could bring it back another day. I returned two weeks later and they provided a free Uber ride home. I had the tires balance and purchased a 3 year unlimited alignment. I was very pleased with the value and service. I recommend Lewisville Drivers Edge.

Got with Cory the Mgr at Lewisville branch on Friday. I had several services I wanted a price quote on total services to be performed. Shop was slammed told Cory to get back to me whenever he could! Saturday shop slammed(good sign) again Cory asked if he could reach me later after shop closed! He called me about 8:30 and he had quote for my request, we discussed all it would cover and if I made a decision he could order tires/parts Sunday and work could be performed on Monday! At 5:30 Monday Preston AsstMgr that my car was ready for pick up! Just for the record, I bought 4 new tires, front shock and struts, front end alignment! Full day for any shop! To top it off I mentioned my battery was low on key fob and Preston took it upon himself to replace battery! My story is why I use them and refer friends and family all the time! Thank you for a job well done!
