I own multiple vehicles and I have visited this place few times for wheel alignment and oil change. Every time I bring my vehicle, Joe approaches me right away and asks what needs to be done. He writes the order and when my vehicle inside the shop he shows me and explains me if there is anything which is unusual and suggests me what best possible option should be. I got my vehicle here and purchased 3 years wheel alignment. Every time I bring my vehicle they cover under warranty no questions asked. I highly recommend this place for your routine vehicle repair services.

I had a very concerning experience at Discount Kar Kare and would strongly advise others to be cautious. I initially went in for a routine service, but the staff quickly began claiming that my vehicle had multiple serious problems, including coolant issues and engine sludge. They tried to push expensive repairs and even implied that if I didn’t proceed with the repairs they would note issues in Carfax. This felt very intimidating and unprofessional. After leaving the shop, I checked the vehicle myself and also got a second opinion. The second mechanic confirmed that the issues described were either exaggerated or not present at all. The coolant level was fine and the engine oil looked normal. This made me seriously question the accuracy and honesty of the diagnosis I was given. What concerned me even more was that after this experience I looked through other customer reviews and found several people describing very similar situations — being told their car had major issues and feeling pressured into costly repairs. Seeing multiple customers report comparable experiences raises serious concerns. Customers should be able to trust that a repair shop will provide honest diagnostics and clear explanations without pressure tactics. Because of this experience, I will not be returning and would recommend that anyone visiting this shop consider getting a second opinion before agreeing to major repairs.

I’ve visited this dealer multiple times, and there’s a clear pattern of recommending expensive services that aren’t required by the manufacturer or appropriate for my car’s mileage. During my recent oil change, they pushed a “3-point engine clean.” When I declined, they claimed I was overdue for oil changes (every 7 months instead of 3), despite following the manufacturer’s synthetic oil guidelines. I confirmed with other mechanics that these services were unnecessary. It’s disappointing to see upselling prioritized over honest maintenance. I recommend cross-checking any suggested services with your owner’s manual before agreeing to them

I used to go here for oil changes because, honestly, you can’t really beat a $43 oil change. That’s clearly the hook. And wow, do they fish hard once you’re in the chair. Every single visit, it’s the same routine — dramatic sighs, concerned looks, getting you into the shop area and then the magical “urgent” upsell list. I once watched them try to convince a single mom she needed a brand-new oil pan for nearly $900. I looked it up out of curiosity — the same oil pan was $270 at the Jeep dealership literally next door and around $160 online for OEM. The math wasn’t mathing. The funny part is once that person rejects the upsells and leave, they start talking smack about the person that just left to other customers sitting there. It’s usually the Middle Eastern looking guy who always does all this. I work on my own cars for everything else, except for their dirt cheap oil changes, so when they try to pitch me on these “critical” repairs, I just smile and nod while laughing inside. It’s painfully obvious the cheap oil change is just the bait to reel you in for the real profit. After seeing the same questionable tactics over and over — and then checking the reviews to confirm I’m not crazy — I stopped going. If your business model depends on squeezing people with inflated, fear-based upsells, the scam is going to get you out of business real quick. Good luck with that. I mean what more can you expect from these people :)

I went there few days back i hit a pole and my parts were bent which was already replaced and fully checked on and after the parts replaced i went to get an alignment , but after i got there the prices given were drastically changed stating taxes and all But the main thing was they didnt even do my alignment and just told me to change really expensive parts and told that my car wont be better without changing them and when i asked them for the alignment report they could not provide me that P.s i only got an alignment from different shop and my car is fine now i didnt have to change anything Now, these guys will try to lie about everything and think they are only in the business here karma will hit you guys really bad, its about the trust which builds your customer base and you guys just try to rip everyone off, they should be reported and stopped. Really bad !
