They did a fantastic job. Got tires online at night and I was able to schedule next day. Shopped with my kids, eat dinner and was out in under a hour and a half. Even got free nitrogen. First time ordering on Costco was impressed.
View on GoogleI purchased my second set of tires for my Mercedes-AMG vehicle at Costco, and unfortunately the service has been very disappointing. The technicians failed to recognize that this vehicle has a staggered wheel setup (different wheel widths front and rear). Not only did they mount the tires incorrectly, but I later learned from my dealership that all 3–4 previous rotations done at Costco had also been incorrect because they were treating the setup as if it were not staggered. This is a fundamental miss that should never have happened. When I went back to Costco to have this corrected, I spent another 2 hours waiting, and still received no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. On top of that, Costco’s tire center has not provided adequate guidance on proper tire care. For example, I was never advised that my AMG requires following the PSI values listed on the fuel cap rather than the door jamb until the second set of tires were purchased under mileage warranty — a key detail for safety, performance, and tire longevity. For a premium vehicle, I expect more attention to detail and expertise. This lack of care has cost me time, effort, and premature tire wear, and has left me questioning Costco’s ability to handle higher-end vehicles. We all love Costco for the quality of service and goods. We want to keep it that way. I hope this review helps to provide feedback for future improvements.
View on GoogleI blew my tire on 121 and went to Costco's parking lot. I called their tire center. Edward answered and was incredible. He walked me through finding what tires I had and worked me in after I went 2-3 mph to get my car to the tire center. They fixed it in an hour. Everyone was so nice but I am so thankful Edward took the time to help me. He was very patient with me!!

View on GoogleUnderstaffed front desk. Slow service. No one picks up the phone. Rude employees - including the female manager. I don't think the prices are worth your time and energy. The only good thing about this place is the fact that you can shop at Costco while you wait. But even so they are just too slow to overcome all the negatives.
