I stopped by for an oil change without an appointment, and they were incredibly kind and accommodating. They got me in right away and had me back on the road in no time. The service was fast, friendly, and professional. I really appreciated how easy they made the whole experience. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them! Decided to visit this shop for the required state vehicle inspection. The location is easily accessible, there's plenty of parking, and the door to enter is clearly marked. Walked in, provided necessary info and my car key, then sat down to wait. They have lots of windows so you can see when the technician gets your car and drives it into the working bay. Being a semi (but only semi) paranoid person, I found this comforting because I get nervous about workers wanting to take my car for a joy ride or worse. Thankfully you can be right there and watch them work. Whew! It didn't take long before the inspection was completed. I paid, got the paperwork, and had no trouble getting my license plate tag renewed. It was so easy! 10/10 would return for this service.

Great Service! Very professional, honest, and informative. They took the time to explain and show me exactly what was going on with my vehicle before doing any work. Prices were fair, the facility was clean, and the waiting area was comfortable with a kids’ section for families. The entire experience was stress-free, and their customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend this business! Kevin, a manager, spoke with me by phone at length regarding my issues and offered his suggestions. After speaking to me he sent a link to me with further info. After I mistakenly ordered the wrong headlights, he offered a restoration process, instead, on my foggy lights that was very well done. Saved me money and looks great. I also had a 90,000 mile check up and I am very pleased with the performance of my 2017 vehicle. Castle Hills goes above and beyond and I am very impressed about the time, effort and courtesy offered to me during a car repair event. It was a pleasure! (My husband’s having his vehicle serviced by Castle Hills today!)

I arrived at this very reputable establishment, or at least I thought, to possibly get some new tires or just have my tires inspected. There was a slow air leak coming from one of my tires. I made an appointment online while specifying I wanted my tires serviced. After driving over 30minutes, expecting top tier service, the desk clerk informed me that the only tire service they provide is tire rotations. I explained that additional tire services are listed on the service appointment site, but she said they could not do anything else with the tires except maybe plug up a hole or rotation. I highly recommend Castle Hills Auto Service improve the accuracy of their listed services on their website as to not waste anyone else's time by advertising for services they do not provide.
