I dropped my car off at the Caliber Collision location in Roanoke on 12/04/25. On 12/05/25 I was told the estimated completion date was 12/29/25. After that, I received repeated “on track” updates, then learned a key Volvo part was back ordered and the car would not be ready. From there the completion date kept sliding: updated to 1/30/26, then pushed again to 2/3/26, then 2/5/26, then 2/6/26. On 02/05/26 I went to pick up my car and it was not ready. I was told the tech had not shown up. The car was finally marked ready on 02/09/26, 67 days after drop off. Even worse, the quality at delivery was unacceptable. The car was returned filthy and there are multiple issues that still need to be fixed properly: • Rear view mirror housing not installed correctly • Sunroof switch does not work correctly • Rear passenger door alignment is off and sticks out noticeably • Rear window brake light not installed correctly • Alignment appears wrong, the car pulls to the right when accelerating I tried to reach corporate for help, but I can only find a call center number and no direct corporate office number. 0 STARZ FOR CALIBERS TRICKY MESS!!!They screwed my car over at the 1451 Bell Rd Nashville TN address. This is damages to my Mercedes Benz that was NEVER EXISTING!! Did not reassemble my car back correctly from taking off the bumper therefore very INCOMPETENT! BOUND MY STEERING COLUMN LOCK as the Dealership found and COULDN'T START THE CAR. I had to get my car towed to Benz FROM CALIBERS SHOP! Made my estimate to my original claim higher than needed and caused A TOTAL LOSS from the insurance which was never communicated to me about my claim repairs while in Caliber possession. That's my vehicle, it's the right that I know what you feel needs to be repaired and to agree with that but NO, they did just what Sneaky Scunks do!! I KEPT MY VEHICLE!! They were in my GLOVE COMPARTMENT IN MY MANUAL for Atleast 2 weeks, NEVER CONTACTED ME through this time and sent FAKE MESSAGES that REPAIRS was going NICELY! They was COVERING IT UP up and ADDED CRAP to my ORIGINAL CLAIM ESTIMATE!!I NEVER AUTHORIZED OR EVEN HAD KNOWLEDGE OF TOWING/STARTUP DIAGNOSTICS!! I WOULD'VE NEVER ALLOWED YALL TO TOW OR BE IN MY FUSE BOX OR IN GLOVE COMPARTMENT!!! YALL NOT THE DEALERSHIP!!! CALIBER OWES ME for the COST I paid THE DEALERSHIP and your ESTIMATE was HIGHER than MERCEDES ESTIMATE FOR WHAT YOU SCREWED UP! Did you ask me could you do UNAUTHORIZED work to my car, DID I KNOW any of this MESS (TOWING or STARTUP DIAGNOSTIC and who AUTHORIZED IT?? STAY AWAY FROM CALIBER!!! David Kelley was removed from this office to another Caliber due to what Chris Schmidt the office manager stated to my fiance and I that he's being removed for similar issues!! I WANT All my MONEY REIMBURSED for the DAMAGES that I PAID and for what they did not REASSEMBLE (mYy LIGHTS DON'T WORK on my BOTTOM or SIDES) and THEY DID BEFORE LEAVING the CAR with CaliYber. I DON'T KNOW WHO THIS CHAIN OF FOLKS THINK THEY ARE!! WHAT IS YALL PROBLEM, MONEY HUNGRY, HATE TO SEE OTHERS WITH NICE CARS, OR JUST HIRING PEOPLE WHO DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND PRETENDING ITS THE CUSTOMERS VEHICLE! I placed a review under the Caliber Collision on Hickory Hollow in Nashville TN. Go look at all my facts and paperwork plus my car sitting and being towed on premise 20ft for $173 that I never knew ABOUT ANY OF THIS CRAP!! NOT ONCE CALLED ME THE ENTIRE TIME ABOUT 3 1/2 WEEKS THEY HAD MY CAR! LOOK AT THEIR MESSAGES SENT TO ME!!! LIARS COVERING UP YOUR MESS & HOLDING MY CAR!!! INSURANCE HAD TO pay THEM $1300 for me to get my car back and I paid $325 to tow it FROM THERE TO DEALERSHIP!! They had me sign a waiver, but I left notes I'm not AGREEING but I'm COMING for MY CAR CROOKS!! I KNOW THIS WAS DONE PURPOSELY/ SOMEONE WANTED TO PURCHASE THE VEHICLE PROBABLY FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANY SINCE THEY ARE THEIR PREFERRED FRIENDS! I've reached out to the BBB, Caliber has Not stuck by their words because they are doing this to many people and could care less about being sued. My car went into their possession May 14th 2025, I didn't get My vehicle back until after June 5th, with messages stating the car would be completed by May 27th and insurance TRAVELERS called me May 29th saying my car was a total loss, AS IF I SUPPOSE TO AGREE THE DAMAGES COST OVER THE THRESHOLD BY $200.OVER A MINOR FRONT BUMPER SCRATCH, NEEDING A NEW RIM AND ONE BOTTOM LED LAMP LIGHT!!!!REPAIRS OVER $4800, but that's Kool, I'm coming for my REIMBURSEMENT and to EXPOSE WHO and HOW CALIBER REALLY TREAT PEOPLE THEY FEEL THEY CAN GET OVER!!LOOK AT ALL MY PICTURES!!I've reached out to the general manager Deckard and sent HIM the dealership paperwork, I know my CAR DID NOT JUST DECIDED OUT OF THE 5 YEARS I'VE HAD IT TO NOT START IN CALIBER'S POSSESSION!!!DECKARD SAID MAYBE THE MINOR BUMPER DAMAGE DID IT,BUT NO, IT WAS YOUR BODY SHOP BOY PLAYING ON MY STEERING WHEEL TO LISTEN FOR SUSPENSION ISSUES WHEN FIRESTONE ALREADY SAID (LINKS) AND GOING BACK AND FORTH STATIONARY ON THE GROUND AND THEN BOUND IT FAR RIGHT VERY HARD AFTERWARDS!! NO DUE DILIGENCE AND NEGLIGENCE & UNAUTHORIZED WORK, NEGLIGENCE IN COMMUNICATION, FALSE ESTIMATES AND MY LIGHTS

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!!!!! This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a repair shop. To start, I felt pressured into paying my bill while I was at work because they wanted to “close out the account” for the end of the month so they could finally drop my car back off to me. After paying over $12,000 for repairs, I inspected the vehicle the next morning and honestly could not believe the condition it was returned in. The workmanship looked rushed, careless, and like a half-finished backyard job. I immediately had to send the car back AGAIN. Now, nearly TWO MONTHS after the job started, they returned the vehicle to me STILL NOT properly repaired. The car has spent most of that time supposedly sitting at their shop, yet somehow it now has an additional 17 miles since the last return and over 1,165 miles added overall during this process. That raises serious concerns considering the vehicle has barely even been in my possession. To make matters worse, the car is STILL not completed. For a $12,000 repair bill, I expected professionalism, communication, accountability, and quality work. Instead, this entire process has been stressful, disappointing, and unacceptable. I would strongly recommend anyone considering this shop think twice before trusting them with their vehicle.

Caliber Collision on Field Street. These people have done nothing but caused me problems. I would be so embarrassed to work here I’ve had my car going back-and-forth there since October. I’m beyond fed up. I feel completely screwed because these people they don’t know what they’re doing, they put that back on you, they are at the gaslighting point now…… eww. After months of just being told it’s old and high milage (it’s not) they FINALLY found a cracked part from an accident. Shame on these people telling me I just have an old car like some crazy lady. It’s Honda a few years old….. AAAANNNDDDDD after now taking to another mechanic they found thousands of dollars of damages they just did nothing about causing the wheel to wobble and all the crazy noise it makes while telling me they don’t hear it. The amount of taking my car back and forth, and the amount of money I’ve spent on rides to work and figuring out how to get around all through the holidays all that stress cause they choose to suck. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Typical gaslight women about cars behavior. MONTHS. I’ve been patient too with these gaslighting clowns. This happened at the end of October. I don’t know how many times I’ve taken my car back. It is now an April. Jerks. I will drag your name till this is resolved. Is at the point where they are going to have to pay to have someone else fix this because this is obviously their fault and still these people are trying to weasel out of getting out of paying for what the they’ve done. Weasels. Beyond pathetic.

Caliber collision cedar hill. Front end collision and truck bed replacement. here are several things left undone as well as pieces not put on . No fuel cap .Connectors not plugged in. The truck has been in your shops possession for between 2 and 3 months and since then I have repeatedly had to question the work and integrity of the facility. I should be able to trust the work to be quality not go behind the tech. Please address these issues with the manager. This repair was not cheap but I feel like I'm getting very poor customer service and I'm not understanding . U have had to contact usaa several times to get good communication even get my headlight replaced that I repeatedly brought to your attention. Front bumper plastic was not replaced it was damaged during front end collision. Fuel filler neck not attatched. Def neck stuffed under the bed. Bed lights were taken out and the tech literally had them in his tool box but didn't install them or the harness / button that's connector hanging down from the bed. The button is still in the old bed. Rear bumper I still feel like should have been replaced if my insurance is paying thousands of dollars for this repair and I'm paying 2k for my deductible. (But that's up to me), just to make your job look good.. cameras don't work I've hooked up and found no signal to bcm from camera. Bcm codes for the bed light button.there is a connector with 12 pins on truck side and a 2 pin that was purchased which goes to all my parking sensors and camera (The truck is fully can bus) I'm suspecting the connectors left off I'll look deeper into it I appreciate the work and effort/time put into my job but these repeated issues and my experiences don't reflect what I was looking for in a repair facility, quality work and restoring my vehicle and life. Seems like I just get the run around or feeling of I don't no what I'm talking about and no action or accountability for whats going on . Busy or not we still have to provide customers with quality work and great customer service. What can we do please let me know. Pictures attatched.
