Robert was absolutely awesome. He was able to come to my home to access the damages. I was able to get it towed to the shop and he took care of all my daughter’s needs. Definitely amazing customer service and he has definitely gained a longtime customer with myself and my daughter vehicles. Great pricing and willing to work with me to make sure everything was done efficiently and correctly. Go see Robert at Brakes Plus in The Colony on Windhaven!!

A quick call to Rosalino and he told me they had the parts and could help me dat of. I rushed over to get the work done before a long drive. Thanks to Rosalind and David’s honesty, integrity, patience and kindness, I now trust this brakes plus for all of my car care moving forward. They not only discovered the work the other shop said was required wasn’t necessary, they showed honesty and integrity by telling me. They went a step further and took me to the vehicle so I could see the parts and what was being described. They educated me on the current condition of my vehicle and helped me ensure I was safe for my long drive. I’m grateful. The way everyone treated other customers while I was there was amazing. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for car care they can trust.

Went in for a free break inspection and an oil change, told us the sound we were hearing was just the undercarriage and our breaks were actually good. Super glad we went to them.

You go some places and they are really half ass! They are the exception to the Rule! I see so many people going in here all the time and that happens to speak volumes to me! Keep up the great work!
