AutoNation Honda Lewisville Service Center

I was pleasantly surprised when I came to the new Honda of Lewisville. The facility is completely renovated and huge, but the main difference was the way I was treated, my service advisor, Meredith, was awesome, she made sure I was getting what my vehicle really needed, no high pressure up sales, and the prices were way cheaper than the other Honda dealers I have done service with. I will certainly be back. I appreciate the way this dealership was personally interested in helping and making sure you and your vehicle was well cared for. Such an awesome place.

This is gonna be long. I’m really disappointed in this dealership. I went to get an oil change last week before a long drive to Arkansas for work. They did a multipoint inspection on my car with repairs/maintenance totaling over $3000. They did not send me video or pictures like other dealerships usually do but they printed out the paperwork suggesting I needed service on my transmission, needed a timing belt and water pump replacement/repair, and needed replacement on a lower ball joint. I believed in what they told me BECAUSE THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE a HONDA service center. I denied the services and kept the paperwork to slowly get these repairs done when my budget allowed it. Fast forward to me in Arkansas. I decide to take my car to a Honda dealership to get some of these repairs done before driving back to Texas. I bring the paperwork for them to reference. They check my car. They inform me that I don’t need a replacement on my timing belt or service on my transmission because I already had it done less than a year ago and that they’re fine. They tell me there’s nothing wrong with my lower ball joint so they don’t know why they suggested it. They then inform me that they don’t understand why the Lewisville dealership failed to notify me that I have THREE SEPARATE OIL LEAKS, one that is critical to address because it was leaking on my alternator. They also told me my back tires were causing the noise I kept hearing while driving which was explained to me by the Lewisville dealership was caused by my ball joint. They showed me where the issue was. I feel like my trust with this dealership is completely broken and as a single women, my worst fear is feeling like I’m being taken advantage of by mechanics because I’m not fluent in my knowledge of my car and this whole experience has just reinforced this fear because it happened here. I would’ve given this dealership over $3000 if I wasn’t made aware of the actual condition of my car. I also could’ve dropped even more money to them if I didn’t get the leaks repaired and continued to let the leak destroy my alternator. It shouldn’t be like this and I will never come back here. Look for another dealership to get service done on your car especially if you’re a woman.

Had a really good experience with the Honda CRV recall replacement service. The whole process was smooth and faster than expected. Service was completed before the promised time, and they provided ride service from the center to home and back, which was very convenient. The staff was polite, professional, and kept me updated with real-time notifications throughout the service. Overall, very satisfied with the customer service and support. Great experience!

Excellent service at Honda Lewisville! Cynthia She was professional, friendly, and very helpful. They completed my Accord CVT transmission service quickly and explained everything clearly. The pricing was fair, and the whole process was smooth and easy. I really appreciate the great customer service and will definitely return for future maintenance. Highly recommend!
