From the first call inquiring about services, Amanda great! Not to mention, my car was in the shop by the end of that same day. She arranged for the insurance adjuster to meet me, made rental car reservations and had them pick me up to get the rental. (That’s great in itself!!) She is very knowledgeable and willing to answer any and all questions whatsoever without hesitation. The repairs done are of great quality. Highly recommended!! You won’t regret it! Service Care Collision is amazing. They are very friendly and explain the process they take to fix your car. For me, they were willing to work with me on the price for the repairs of my vehicle. I will be my car straight to them for any other repairs/body work in the future.

They did such an amazing job, very personalized service. I didn’t feel like I was 1 in 100 cars waiting for repair. The paint match’s the lines on the parts line up great. They had to pull the bumper out to get the quarter panels to fit correctly. All in all I am glad I took to a private repair facility over one of the big Collin centers.here are some before and after pics. The buffed the entire out side of the vehicle and even cleaned the inside of the vehicle for me. Feels like I just bought it.

We were needing front end repair of our suv. My husband was going through our insurance approved body repair shops and got confused on names, so we accidentally ended up here. When we walked through the door, I immediately liked the shop because there was a baby crib, highchair, and baby toys off to the corner of the administrative office, and my first thought was, “Wow, this is a family owned shop.” I loved that and it put me immediately at ease! I felt it wasn’t going to be a shark of a business. Just waiting to greedily get the insurance check and be terrible about Customer Service. Then, the shop owner came in and was super friendly. His wife was also named Amanda so that was a funny bonus point. And the third thing that took my immediate attention and told me this was the right shop was how queen the auto body shop was. It did not look like a tornado hit it with parts laying everywhere and the front office was not smelly or dirty or greasy. It was very clean. And so far so good and this first impression I’m sure we’ll carry through to the rest of our repair experience with service care collision. They were honest and upfront about the whole process were very genuine, caring and easy to talk to and very friendly and welcoming. This is the way business should be handled all the time!
