I showed up at Kwik Kar in Lantana within minutes of my check engine light coming on and my 4Runner beginning to shake and rattle. The technicians and administrative staff were prompt and responsive, and they went completely above and beyond in every way. The technicians, front desk staff, management—everyone I interacted with was friendly, patient, and kind. Mateo did the work on my vehicle, and he was fantastic. He managed to diagnose the issue, procure the parts, and complete the repair in a single day, which meant I was able to pick up my daughter from school on time when the work could have very reasonably taken several days. Matteo kept me informed of the progress throughout the entire process, so I always knew what to expect. He also took the time to explain several options thoroughly, allowing me to make an informed decision about how to proceed rather than pushing unnecessary sales or repairs. I’ve been going to this location for several years, and they have always treated me fairly and provided excellent customer service. Today, though, this shop turned what started as an unlucky, crappy day into an enjoyable experience. Seriously, the front desk staff and management also went out of their way to be helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Everyone I encountered seemed to genuinely care about helping me get back on the road as quickly as possible. Thank you, Mateo, and thank you to the entire team at Kwik Kar Lantana. I have had my 2020 F150 serviced at this location for about 3 years. They have done oil changes and maintenance work. They do a spectacular job and uphold a very professional work environment. The manager is extremely knowledgeable and builds a connection with all of his customers. I highly recommend Kwik Kar Lantana.

I wish I could give them 10000 stars. The service team there are some of the most caring and thorough people. I came in for an oil change but instead found out I had rodents in my hood (disgusting I know), and they were so sympathetic and sweet to me while I was panicking. They even drove my car over to the car wash next door to make sure it was properly cleaned out, no charge! I always enjoy coming here as the people are so nice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We have taken all of our vehicles to Kwik Kar for years for regular maintenance, any issues, emissions inspections, etc. They are always very fair, communicate clearly and efficiently, and take good care of us. Recently, our teenager had an issue in a horrible rain storm. We drove her vehicle to Kwik Kar and left it over night using the key drop box. In the morning, they took a look at her vehicle and found that the skid plate was hanging on by three clips. They removed it, checked everything to verify everything else was good, and didn’t charge us anything. When we picked up the vehicle, they were a lot more concerned about out teenager’s safety than the were about payment. The owner gave her advice on what to do if that happens again.

This is my go to for repairs and keeping my truck’s maintenance on schedule. They are worth every penny. All of the team members I’ve worked with have been great, and Lynch specifically is always great to talk to and takes a lot of pride in keeping my truck going for me. We always have fun when I bring it in! Thanks Lynch and team
