This is the best shop! Car issues are always so stressful, but they really do a great job to help you understand and make sure the repairs are appropriate, they are so honest and stand by their work. My first repair was a water pump, after being fixed and leaving the shop.. my car was making a noise so they told me to return ASAP. It turned out it was a bad part that was put in, so they redid the work and made it right. They were so honest. They could have told me it was something else but didn’t!! I have been here several times and it’s always been a great experience. I’ll be back!

5/5 Stars – Spencer’s Automotive Repair is top-tier! They fixed my melting A/C, gave me a loaner car so I could still live my life, and text me updates with pictures of my car like we were best friends. They were fast, super cheap, and so nice I wanted to invite them to the cookout. If you want a mechanic that treats you right and gives your car a photoshoot, come here.

1st time customer. Saw a coupon for a $49.95 full synthetic oil change so best time to check them out. Very friendly and didn’t push repairs on me, just told me things I need to think about doing soon. Will definitely be back, might send my mom that way when her oil change is due. I really appreciate the mechanic taking pics of the items that need repair not just telling me. I was really surprised by that.

I have recently started taking my truck to Spencer’s for service and I am happy with the service provided. The office is clean, smells good and a friendly face greets you. They communicate well, have updates of your vehicle via text with pictures of items reviewed. Like all other repair facilities they will always recommend getting filters replaced, doing flushes or other maintenance based on manufacturer recommendations. For those who are annoyed by this; simply say no thank you and move on. Supporting local keeps businesses in Krum!

Excellent service!! Made an appointment and was greeted on arrival by first name, car was serviced quickly and communication was great through the entire process. Rachel Spencer and her service advisors were professional and thorough. If you need service, give them a chance to earn your business.
