Texas Complete Auto Repair, Lube, and Car Wash

Highly recommend this place for a thorough car cleaning and vacuum. We gladly drive 30 minutes out of our way to come here to get our cars cleaned. The value here can’t be beat and I’ve been to a lot of local places! Every nook and cranny is wiped down, vacuumed and the exterior is washed beautifully. We also do all our inspections, oil changes & car maintenance here - these people are prompt, honest and reasonably priced.

The customer service was great. They were friendly and even provided me a ride to my house from the shop while I waited. The pricing wasn't too bad as it was about the same as other places I checked. I did only go for brakes, but was told about other things I should fix or replace and that seemed a bit pushy. I'm just there for the brake repair. I understand that providing that information may help, but it was not on my agenda. Besides that, I enjoyed the service and the timeliness of the service. Same day service is an excellent business model.

I brought my car in for just an overall 55 to 65,000 mile inspection and I feel very comfortable with the results and the repairs completed. The most important thing is they were able to work me in and get my car done the next day. I had some pressing travel to make and wanted to make sure my car was in good running condition. I do believe the price was very reasonable and the quality of work was very good. I will bring my car back here every time I need work done that includes oil changes and any other automotive issues.

I had some work done on my truck and ran into an issue related to the parts that were installed. The shop stood behind their work, took care of the problem, and replaced the parts under warranty without any hassle. The owner personally spoke with me about the situation, and everyone I dealt with was extremely professional. They even went the extra mile by helping me load my motorcycle into the back of my truck. Overall, a great experience—I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my truck back. A++

I brought my car in for repairs and was extremely satisfied with the work they did the job right the first time. What really stood out to me is that they don’t try to upsell or push unnecessary services like many other places do. They only fix what actually needs to be done, which I really appreciate. The staff is very respectful and professional, and the waiting area is clean and comfortable. They also offer a convenient shuttle service, which dropped me off at home and picked me up when my car was ready that made the whole experience even better.
