I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Joshua Tire and Auto yesterday. I only came in needing one tire mounted and balanced, and even though I was only spending around $40, they treated me like I was their most important customer of the day. The pricing was more than fair, the work was done quickly and professionally, and the customer service was honestly hard to find these days. The shop is family owned and operated by an uncle, his nephew, and another family member, and you can truly feel that family atmosphere the moment you walk in. They made me feel less like a customer and more like part of the family. It is refreshing to see a local business that still believes in treating people right no matter how big or small the job is. I highly recommend Joshua Tire and Auto to anyone needing tires, automotive work, or honest service. Businesses like this deserve the support of the community

I was planning to grab an Uber or Lyft to the YMCA for a quick workout while they worked on my car, but Jonathan actually offered to drive me there himself — seriously above and beyond! He also took the time to explain what needed to be done to keep my car safe, without trying to sell me on unnecessary stuff (which I really appreciate as a college student on a tight budget haha). Fair prices, honest people, and awesome service. Can’t ask for much more than that!
