One of the worst experiences I’ve had. Charged $20 just to swap a wheel (not even a tire), something that takes a couple of minutes. Completely overpriced for such a simple job. They also kept my wheel cap and didn’t return it, which shows a total lack of professionalism and attention. Customer service was terrible. No communication, no respect, and no care about the customer. Honestly, I regret coming here. I would not trust them again with anything.

Very disappointed, used a Groupon for an Alignment. The alignment tech for a tip before even starting work, When finished I asked for the alignment report they were unable to provide it because they didn’t have a printer so I took a photo. I’m not very familiar with alignments however, I’m not an idiot when I reviewed the report when I got back to work because I was on my lunch break. I found that the report doesn’t show a proper Values for the alignment pretty upset. I’m a fool. I should’ve probably went to a trusted facility. I emailed the location with my problem before writing this review and I have yet to receive a response. I even sent a follow up email with the report and my concerns regarding the alignment.
