Great service at Speedco The tire tech ( Zacharia) did a very good job professional, fast, and knew exactly what he was doing. He checked everything carefully and made sure the tires were done right. I really appreciate the good work and respectful attitude. Definitely recommend this location
View on GoogleIf wasting time were a service, this place would be elite. waited five hours for a semi A/C issue, only to be told “no” they couldnt fix it. They didn’t even bother to take a full look until after all that waiting—just long enough to justify turning us away. Not once did anyone apologize for the five-hour wait. No acknowledgment that drivers have schedules, loads, or lives. Just indifference excuses. This wasn’t bad luck or a busy day—this was straight-up disrespect for our time. If you enjoy being ignored, strung along, and dismissed without so much as a “sorry,” this is your stop. Everyone else should save themselves the headache and go literally anywhere else bc the only thing the manager Alex will tell you is “loves will get mad about overtime” or “you can try somewhere else”. I wouldve gave zero stars but thats not even an option here.
View on GoogleI came here to do DOT inspection after other places like TA tried to repair something else that doesn’t have nothing to do with DOT or broken so they can pass me, I got a bay right way and I passed within minutes, only one thing I know dot at loves its $49 but I ain’t going to hold them accountable probably the cooperate bumped up price.
View on Google2 bad pms back to back. 1 pm made it 1/2 mile around the corner ran out of fuel got stuck in a construction zone too. 2 pm a month later they broke my oil fill tube cap and I was told "it just broke" I had to pay for the part myself and wait few hrs to get it fixed. 1000 miles down the road I'm low on oil it's all under and the side of my truck. Stopped at a different speedco to find out they put the wrong oil filters. Changed them to the right filters and topped off oil I was told to go get my truck washed and they'll pay for it. Now I'm getting run arounds getting reimbursed. Joke joke joke you should've never merged with Love's
View on GoogleCame in for a PM but the people working had no clue. The guy working in the oil bay missed 1/2 my grease fittings. Guy up top missed about the same amount. No grease on the 5th wheel plate. For the amount of money that we spend for a pm, why can't these lazy people do the right thing? Short answer...No personal accountability or Integrity.
