Sam's Club Tire & Battery

We had four brand-new tires installed at the Tire & Battery Center at Sam’s Club in Irving, TX right before starting our road trip. Unfortunately, our experience wasn’t the best. While Carlos at the front desk was friendly and helpful, the bay technicians were unpleasant during the entire time we were there and the overall customer service left a lot to be desired. About five hours after picking up our car and already on the road trip, we ended up with a flat tire in. Thankfully, there was another Sam’s Club location nearby that was able to inspect the issue and found that the air pressure valve gasket had been broken, which caused the leak. They fixed it and got us safely back on the road. Had we not been near another Sam’s Club, we likely would have been stuck paying out of pocket somewhere else to fix the issue. Overall, it was very disappointing considering these were brand-new tires and we trusted the work to be done properly. Giving this location 2 stars only because my interaction with Carlos at the front desk was positive. Besides that, they can do better.

On 01/13/2026, I visited the Sam’s Club Tire Service Center on MacArthur in Irving, Texas after experiencing a flat tire earlier that morning. I left my vehicle prior to opening so it could be serviced promptly. Around 2:30 PM, I approached the Tire Service entrance and encountered Anthony and KC. Before I could ask for assistance, Anthony abruptly told me he could not speak with me and instructed me to go to the front of the store. I complied. At the front counter, Ms. Jenny provided excellent service and confirmed I could pay using my Sam’s Club membership card. She, along with KC and Ms. Bridgette, worked to resolve a minor payment issue and attempted to assist me using the Sam’s Club app. Despite compatible tires being in stock, Anthony inserted himself into the transaction, denied me access to four available tires, and insisted I would need to wait for a separate order. His dismissive and demeaning tone unnecessarily escalated my stress during a situation involving vehicle safety and nearly prevented the installation from moving forward. The professionalism of Jenny, Bridgette, and KC ensured I ultimately left with the tires I needed and was safe to drive. Also, I would like to add, when I went to retrieve my car, Anthony left my window down in an open parking lot allowing someone the opportunity to take the things in my car. Maybe customer facing service isn't the proper space for him, for him to have this type of approach with customers but if I see him working there, I'll be sure to visit another Sam's Club . I got my tires through the Sam's website so I was trying to reap the benefits of free tire rotation/balance. I went in a week ago and set an appt for 11am. When I returned the next day for the appt was told it would take 2hrs which is ridiculous for a rotation with an appt! I couldn't wait that long so I canceled the appt. KJ that set the appt the day before was cool, but the older mechanic guy acted like he didn't want to do any work anyway so it was easy for me to walk away. Now a week later when I actually have time off from work I showed up at 7:45am and spoke to KJ again in which he stated they were booked until 5pm. At this time no customers were there and they were set to open at 8am! Screw Sam's Tire Center in Irving! I love Sam's Club for the grocery store and staple that it has been for us as customers for many years but your company needs to focus on the tire center service and know that they will make you lose members/customers. I drove to Kwik Kar where the customer service is top tier! They did it all within the hour with no appt! I only paid $23! Plus they reset my tpms and if Sam's had done the work, I would've had to go somewhere else to get that done anyway. DO NOT COME HERE FOR CAR SERVICE THEY DO NOT VALUE THEIR MEMBERS/CUSTOMERS TIME!

I didn’t know flat tire was fixed for free if you have Sam’s Club membership it was informed by the person in the store though the store was closing drahel show the issue and fixed the flat tire so fast he was excellent in doing his job

I had a flat tire and towed my car to the Sam’s Club on March 7th. Even though it was near closing, the team went above and beyond and patched my flat. THANK YOU Sam’s Club, you have made a loyal customer from me.
