Can’t say enough about my experience with this location and Mr. Troy , Ms. Angie and Ian. They’ve been great and made sure my rims and tires have been taken care of from day 1. I highly recommend them. Great service and will work with you to make sure you keep your purchase even when circumstances come up and LIFE happens. Yall are the BEST!!
View on GoogleAwful experience. From the start of purchase I made online. First I get told that I have to make a different decision on wheels after I bought one that stated it was in stock online. Next my car will not stop vibrating. I took it back up there & they put more weights on and it’s still vibrating. I take it to a second opinion and I’m asked if someone put hub rings on. & you cannot believe this company does not even know what I’m talking about. This is a bunch of crap. I thought this was a professional company & now I’m at discount tire! Never again with this company. & now someone from CS said I’d get a call back today! Yeah right. We’ll see if someone professional actually calls me back. After I spent $2k+ ! ! P.s. my second opinion firmly believes the vendor provided the hub rings & the technicians over looked them in the box & threw them away! This should be common knowledge for a WHEEL & TIRE Company. Lost a customer & I want everyone to know before they make a mistake with this company. Awful! :( I’m so sad I couldn’t trust these “men”.
View on GoogleMan say when I first started getting rims and tires I went with the location in Arlington!! But D is very rude and I didn’t like how he did business!! I’ve been dealing with the Irving location for a minute now and I love the staff!! They always look out for me matter what and if I’m needing to get into the store for a rim change and down size it’s never anything more than a yes come on in .. this is the place to go if your needing tires or rims check out the Irving location you will never be disappointed!! Thanks guys I know yall get tired of seeing me but you all never disappoint..
