They clearly knew what they were doing and took the time to make sure everything was right. Honestly refreshing to deal with a shop where the staff actually cares. Not being from the area I pulled over and the gentleman was so nice to look up the directions for me from his Phone so that I could write it down and make my way back to my family… Literally… I would have been lost without him… I forgot to mention my cell phone was dead, so he even allowed me to plug it in while he was looking up the direction… Just in case I needed a little battery for any emergency calls. I was so grateful I was able to communicate with my family all because this young gentleman showed not just customer service but kindness. Thank you.

However, James handled the situation exceptionally well. Even though another technician caused the issue, James took full responsibility and made sure the sensor was replaced promptly. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but great customer service and accountability like this truly make all the difference.
