I had a check engine light on and was about 2 hours away from home. So, I pulled off the freeway and saw that Lopez Auto Repair was pretty close. So I came into the office and there was a guy behind the desk and a guy sitting in front of the desk. They were talking not even acknowledge I was there. So, I waited my e just under a minute before one of the guys asked what I needed. I told him I was far from home and was hoping to know why my Check engine light was on so I didn’t cause any damage to my engine. He said, can’t help, come back next. I said, I’m pretty far from home. He said, no. So I looked up O’Reilly’s auto part, called them and they said they could check it out. It had to do with my throttle body or air leak. Took about 5 minutes and printed out. Page with code #, that’s service people and someone that cared. It’s sad that Lopez Auto didn’t care at all. That’s my experience here. Thank you.

Plug left out when oil changed. Completely blown motor after driving 1 time after picking up. They gave money back from the oil change but refused to repair their mistake. Warning others about them so that they don't get their vehicle damaged. This is not a good place to bring your car.

The guy who works behind the desk made me wait the whole weekend to pick up my vehicle. I took my car to get a quote but when I went to pick up the car maybe 5min after he closed he saw me and immediately closed the garage door. He went inside and totally ignored me as I knocked on the door to trying to get his attention. Rude service. Posting this again because they erased my review

I've been using lopez's services for decades. They do a good job. I've never felt taken advantage of just because I'm female. When other places would say I needed more services, I would go to Lopez Auto. They would tell me the truth about what needed to be done to my vehicle. They are honest and they do their best to accommodate me. I highly recommend them. Because of this they may not be able to get to you immediately, but they're worth waiting for.
