(Irving location) Low pressure, thorough inspection of my car. I brought my car in and felt like I was in good hands from the point of handing over the keys to my vehicle. After I explained my situation, the front desk staff had a plan in place. I have another car that I will be bringing in as needed. I am grateful for such a considerate and attentive staff. Franklin was great and kept me informed every step of the way!

I brought my 2020 Ford Fusion here for a check engine light. They did a smoke test for $150 which was fine, but then quoted me $1,100 to fix the EVAP issue. Something didn't feel right so I decided to shop around. Took it to another shop and they fixed the exact same problem for $390. I honestly wish I had gotten a second opinion sooner would've saved myself a lot of stress. Nothing against the staff, but that price difference is hard to ignore. Just make sure you shop around before agreeing to any repair here.

I made an appointment online for 11am for my ac and when I arrived I brought up another concern with Ruben Martinez and he added that on no problem. He was very kind and understanding with my old car and helped me get out on the road with my car being much safer than when I arrived. They ended up getting everything fixed that was a concern for me by 5pm the same day! Ruben was also very good at communicating with me, he didn’t do anything without me understanding and giving the okay first. I will definitely be a returning customer!

I trust the good reviews! I can speak on the great customer service just from speaking with the staff here over the phone. Spoke with Dave for quotes on alternators that I had doubts about from other places like Firestone and immediately could tell the huge difference between the quality and care in customer service. He asked the right questions, upfront with all the information/numbers to give a range instead of vague answers just to get you in the shop, and took his time in looking into the issue to make sure he was able to give more tailored advice than just general information. Even without stepping foot in the shop yet, the staff already make you feel like you're getting honest guidance instead of a sales pitch. Based on that alone, I’d feel much more confident trusting them with my car compared to the bigger chain shops. Will be adding this as my go-to for any auto needs in the future. Thanks Dave!

Dissapointing and frustrating experience. I have been coming here for my car for 1.5 years now. Booked an appointment for an oil change, was told on the phone the price and that pickup/dropoff services would be provided. Took time away from work to drop the car off and was told the price is higher than I was originally given because they didn't know the oil requirement for my car, I had to tell them. Very concerning for an auto shop to not know. Also told me they no longer can offer dropoff/pickup services after I arrived to the shop. Not sure how they expected me to deal with that after I had already made plans and was standing inside the shop. Left my phone number for the manager to get a call back - said they would soon after I left. Not sure if they changed things up but the place is different than used to be. Might have lost a customer. Recommend avoiding.
