The service was quick, the pricing was fair, and the quality of work was excellent. You can tell they actually care about their customers and take pride in what they do. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but Luis definitely earned that trust.
View on GoogleCame in for a brake inspection because I noticed a slight grinding noise. I explained I just wanted them to check it out and replace whatever brake was needed. I was quoted $330 and agreed. After they had already started working on my vehicle, I received a call saying my caliper was missing screws and needed to be replaced, which raised the total to $500. That’s a big jump, and what didn’t sit right with me is that this issue was never mentioned before the work began. Situations like that should be caught during the initial inspection—not after the job is already in progress when the customer doesn’t really have much of a choice. In the end, paying $500 for what started as a simple brake job was frustrating. I would recommend others ask for a full inspection and clear breakdown before any work starts to avoid unexpected charges
