View on GoogleBad communication. Was here for an oil change with a few people in front of me. Took about an hour before I was cashed out, which was fine and expected. I was told it would be 7 more minutes and that they were finishing up. 45 minutes go by and I have to walk into the bay and flag down someone to ask if everything is okay. He says yes, the other guy is working on it and he doesn’t have an update. 25 more minutes pass and the other guy comes out and says he can’t perform an oil change because the last place I went to stripped my oil plug out and he doesn’t have the right tools to get it loose so he refunds me. Not his fault, but I was here for over 2 hours and my time was entirely wasted. If there was an issue, I should’ve been notified as soon as possible and definitely shouldn’t have been cashed out and lead to believe my car was almost done.
