They took me 189 dollars to fix the vtec switch which is so cheap and easy to replace, instead of vtec solenoid, which they told me they need to replace while they did not at all. Give them two stars since they react fast and resolve my issue, although expensive

Our place to get car inspection, oil change and other car repairs. The price is reasonable and the service is good. They don’t try to sell unneeded services. Customers still need to wear mask inside as of May 2022, but they provide free masks if you don’t bring yours.

I refuse to get repairs done at stealerships so I was searching reddit for a good Honda mechanic in the DFW area for my 2016 Civic. Hondura came up in my search and this place wasn't too far from my work, so I decided to bring it here. To give a bit of background, I like to do DIY work on my car, so I'm not car illiterate, but I'm also no professional mechanic. I had already diagnosed a starter issue - called them and they gave me a price on parts and labor, which were much better than the dealership and on par or even slightly less expensive than other independent mechanics I called. I brought in my own starter, they only charged me $295 for labor, and I was out the door 2hrs later with a working car again. Paul was great. I didn't get to interact much with him because my issue was very straightforward. But he made sure to talk to me to confirm the starter was indeed the culprit. There were other customers in the shop, and I heard most of their conversations. He's honest and tells them exactly what they need. Most of his customers are repeat customers and know him by name as soon as they walk in. This place even has a driver to take you down to an AutoZone or O'Reilly's down the street so you can buy your own parts.

These guys are more than honest mechanics... these people are saints. True experts in Honda and Acura cars who have never steered me wrong. They will actually pay attention to and care about your car. This is the type of shop that its worth going out of my way to take my car to, because not only do I trust their work, but i know that they will end up saving me money.
