I came in expecting a simple tire change, but my experience was extremely disappointing. When I asked about getting my tire replaced, the owner became hostile and started yelling at me for no apparent reason. I was caught completely off guard by how unprofessional the interaction was. On top of that, the prices for tires, oil changes, and mechanical work seemed much higher than other shops I’ve visited. Customer service is a huge part of any business, and being treated disrespectfully is unacceptable. I took my business elsewhere and would not recommend this shop based on my experience.
