Very impressed with how kind and easy to work with this shop and staff were. Was a bit concerned about their limited online presence but they stay plenty busy without it. Had some A/C issues that needed to be diagnosed and repaired. They were transparent about the process and communicated clearly what needed to be done. The quote was in line with other shops I called but came with a guarantee on the work completed. I was able to schedule and get it in and out on the same day within a week. Really recommend this auto shop.

I’m Mr. Smith. I have been a customer of Fat Joe Car Repair for 15 years. I have kept the same vehicle for all those years solely because Fat Joe Car Repair does quality and lasting work. I am treated like a part of their large family whenever I am there. They are the best people you want to be around. Great story tellers! I take all 3 of my used cars to them currently for everything. I don’t want to make this too long, but they are a blessing to the community. Last story….. they replaced an engine in my 2003 Lincoln Navigator about 5 years ago and it has continued to last me. Fat Joe may be one of the last places to provide quality service for low prices. If you want to avoid a car note, buy used and take your car to Fat Joe Car Repair! They are great.

i can’t speak highly enough about this family-owned auto shop! from the moment i walked in, they immediately put me at ease. joey even ran to open the door for me, and both he and his brother javier offered me snacks and refreshments, which was such a thoughtful touch. the shop itself is also very clean and well-maintained, especially compared to others i’ve visited. what really stood out to me is how quickly and effectively they corrected issues that previous shops had caused, problems that could have ended up costing me thousands if left unresolved. joey and his team made sure my car was safe to drive again, and my coolant leak is finally fixed. no more overheating - woohoo! thank you all so much for your honesty, professionalism, and excellent service. highly recommend! :)
