I took my vehicle to this shop because of a front end collision. It was very minor. The bumper and grille were damaged. They replaced an undamaged headlight and lower valance that didn’t need to be replaced. I’m sure it was just to make more money. My truck was returned filthy and with the shop’s writing on the fender, as shown in the picture. I’ve never picked up a dirty vehicle from a body shop. While I was waiting in the lobby, one of the office workers had a manger on speaker, talking about hiding something from a customer and the worker said “there is a customer here”, and the manager said “well if the customer doesn’t mention it, don’t bring it up”. They didn’t make a single effort to stand out. This isn’t how I would treat my customers. This shop seems shady and I would not recommend. Freddy, please re-read my review and look at the pictures I posted of the vehicle to answer your questions.
