Driver's Edge

Per my experience and previous reviews it is evident they do a rushed job. I would’ve given 2 stars if they were not dishonest about the extent of the job done. I took my car for new tires and struts and came back due to them stripping my tire stud. Then I returned a second time due to rattling when going over bumps and during driving. They were unable to hear it and it continued to get worse. I brought it to another shop where they discovered that my sway bars were loose. Between my sway bars, stripped stud, someone’s hood not being latched, and another’s oil cap not being secured the rush isn’t worth it. As for the dishonesty, I was charged nearly $700 for the labor of replacing my shocks alone. To take my shocks apart at another shop and reinstall them 2x (to ensure Drivers Edge installed them correctly) I spent $480. I get it, every shop has different labor rates, BUT their explanation of the high rate: “We have to take the backseat out to access your shocks”. This is absolutely NOT the case. This “information” was volunteered without me even inquiring about the price. Overall, I would not bring my vehicle back here. They need to refine their process to ensure their customers safety is at the forefront of every job.

I went here to get a tire repair. The staff was very professional and helpful. They came back and let me know that the tire had an old tire plug and it was breaking apart. Unfortunately, I would need a new tire. They gave presented me with two choices. They also send me a digital report that showed three pictures of the old tire and the damaged area. I was really glad i stopped in. They were helpful, not pushy, and quick. The waiting area was clean and had coffee pods. :)

Excellent service and competitive pricing. I initially went in to inquire about new tires, and the team took the time to recommend exactly what I needed without any pressure or upselling. I dropped my car off, and just a few hours later everything was completed quickly and professionally. I also wanted to purchase windshield wipers for my car, but they didn’t have the exact size and style in stock. Instead of just turning me away, the gentleman helping me went on Amazon, found the correct ones for my vehicle, and told me to bring the car back once they arrive so he could install them for me. Great customer service from start to finish. Professional, helpful, and honest. I’ll definitely be back.

I had a great experience here! I originally found them on Groupon for a solid discount, and the service was excellent. The staff was very courteous—the manager even gave me a great deal on tires. I will definitely be bringing my Ram back here for future service. It beats the high dealership prices any day! They even gave me a $10 birthday discount as a courtesy, which was a very nice, personal touch. Highly recommend!

I’ve attempted to update my original review several times but google has not allowed me to so here’s the full review and timeline. -11/8/25 Quality of overall service is great and labor prices are reasonable. I recommend bringing your own parts to avoid a 450% mark up. - Update 1/31/26 After I picked the vehicle up the light came back on before I reached my next destination. I took it back again, not sure what they did but the light was off and they told me the problem was fixed. I drove to a drivetrain shop and had $1800 worth of work done, picked the vehicle up and the check engine light was on again due to a misfire (same issue Drivers Edge fixed). Took the vehicle back to find out the cylinder is cracked, it needs an engine for a minimum of $10k and the compression test I requested to be done up front was never completed (should have been done at the very least when I brought it back the second time). This would have at least saved me the $1,800. I get that we had to take steps but a critical one was missed and cost me a ton of money. To add insult to injury I was told the vehicle would be held hostage until I paid another $217 diagnosis. I’m now $3,400 into this project and need an engine due to a misdiagnosis. I could have forgiven ALL if they didn’t hit me for ANOTHER diagnosis and insist they have nothing wrong. I was told “the tech would not be paid if I was not charged”. Unfortunately your tech’s commission to perform an additional diagnosis to confirm I was right in asking for a compression test doesn’t sit well with me. I ran a shop for 14 years and headed our org development team so I know things happen and can go wrong, but the middle finger at the end was unnecessary and a reminder why the automotive industry has a black eye.
