View on GoogleRude and condescending .I contact the office via phone and spoke to the manager to get info on replacing a catalytic converter ,after giving me the price,I asked him ,if that was his best price," he stated " if it was not my best price ,I would not have gave it to you", In my opinion,if he was busy inflating his mind ,instead of his fragile ego, in attempting to project his feels of inadequacy on to me,he would have remembered,no human reads minds, I did not do business with them,for it was not earned. We all deserve respect,and good customer service. Good reviews can be manipulated by the employees!

View on GoogleThe heater hose on my truck had broken. There are four internal clips on the connection. You have to use a special tool. The mechanic used vice grips and wrenched the connection off breaking the connector. I watched him do this. After he broke it, he said it's no good. I said because you broke it. He got mad and made excuses. I ask the owner how long would it take to get the part the mechanic broke and he said, "A long time." The mechanic proceeded to rig the old hose with a makeshift clamp, not using the new hose I had purchased. He couldn't use the new hose because the piece he broke wouldn't clip in. I'm worried that the hose won't hold. The owner told me, "If it breaks bring it back." When? When I'm broken down on the highway, with my family in the vehicle? They charged me full price for something they broke. Very unprofessional!!!! The tool is similar to the picture I provided. No vice grips!
