We don’t stop by this Chevron regularly, but every time we have, it’s been a smooth and positive experience. The station is clean, the pumps work without any hassle, and the staff has always been polite and helpful. Even though we’re not frequent visitors, we’ve consistently had good visits, and it’s a spot we trust when we’re in the area.

Have never been treated so rudely in my life. Large mean woman cashier was on smoke break I guess. She was mad she had to wait on a customer. After waiting on her to get to register, without ever acknowledging me, I stated what I wanted. She got it and rang it up, then asked if I wanted a receipt. I said “nope” and headed towards the door. As I was about to walk out she says, in a very rude voice “you’re welcome!” I stopped in shock and asked if she was talking to me. She said “you just need to leave” while pointing at the door. I was completely baffled. I walked back and asked “what did I do to offend you?” She proceeded to raise her voice at me and told me I needed to leave, and that the man at the counter buying a 6 pack of beer was an officer. I looked at him and he just shrugged. I said “wow” and walked out. If I hadn’t been on the way to pick up my son I would have stayed until there was a resolution of some sort. I was the customer and I was not rude ever. I do not have to tolerate rude treatment. I own a business with many employees and we work on customer service all the time. This woman should not be anywhere near a customer service job. She should be fired immediately. I’d love to talk to the owner of the station. I fill up with fuel there regularly. I will never spend another dime there.

I would not normally respond to a customer's review but I feel that Andy Beards review needs to be clarified as he has "embellished" quite alot. This gentleman was clearly agitated before he came into the store, which was stated by the customer that he is speaking of. He was obviously in a foul mood and felt it necessary to take it out on me. I rang him up as stated and told him you're welcome in a normal way. As far as the customer just shrugging, absolutely not. The customer told him she simply said you're welcome sir and kept telling him that because the man would not leave. I'm not real sure what his intentions were as far as a resolution. And as far as me being on a smoke break? Not real sure what his point was with pointing that out because I came in immediately and went to wait on him. And also feeling the need to point out that I was a "large mean" woman and demanding that I be fired just shows his obvious lack of character. I'm sure his employees at whatever business he has love working for him and his excellent customer service because he seems like a real peach. Maybe I should not have responded but we here at Hondo Chevron are all long time employees and do the best we can and I personally have many regulars that love me, I can assure you that this man was the mean one, and that he forgets that there was a witness to this.

These ppl r crooks. Bill was a dollar more than I had on the card. They ran it anyway. I confronted the cashier who claimed they didn't take anything off my card. I could have moved money from my other card over easily. Even when I showed him my banking app with their transaction right there he denied it. They r cooks and thieves. Go elsewhere with ur business.

Horrible customers services the female cashier working seems to hate her job. Very rude to talk can't seem to print recipient and when finally able too do it she had attitude. Really is that hard to do your job greet smile and recipient lady come on.
