Excellent Auto Service

I have a very different experience with this shop than most. Although I was not a customer here, I can tell they do true, honest, and very high quality work. I recently purchased a toyota avalon and the previous owner just had it serviced at excellent auto prior to selling it. After purchasing it I put it on my lift at work as I am an auto technician. I found that everything Excellent auto touched was perfect. I can tell they took really good care of the car and didn’t take less care of it just because it was a 20 year old car. They cleaned up everything they worked on to keep it clean and looking nice. I can tell they put the extra mile by putting little paint marks on every bolt they touched to see if the bolt backs out over time. That’s not something that most shops would do. It takes a shop that really cares to do the work that Excellent auto did. Although I was not a customer, I can see the work and care this shop put into this car. I highly recommend.

Excellent, friendly service. Took my car for an emissions test, which was done promptly. I also had an oil change, two tires and the engine belt replaced. Pricing was reasonable and the wait time was acceptable. I definitely will recommend friends and neighbors to get their cars serviced here. Thanks Sammy for providing such pleasant customer service.

Sammy is awesome- he’s diagnosed and repaired issues with 2 of our vehicles and done phenomenal, trustworthy work. He’s super straightforward about what needs fixing and what can wait. It’s hard to find a mechanic that you can trust to do a good job and a great price- highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality car care.

Went here to have them look at my tire, guy felt around the tire and said he feels a nail. He proceeds to take a picture and shows me a nail in the tire. Wanted to charge $45 for a plug so I figured I’d go get a new one. Get to actual good shop and the guy takes off the tire and there is no nail to be found. Air was coming from close to the side wall. Excellent Auto told me it was in the center of the tire. Dodged a major bullet not staying with them
