Medina's Tire Shop

I got there before they even open because I had a blowout on my tire. This spare tire underneath my Trailblazer was awful. Dry rotted. Even though they had not opened yet, AJ got right on it and found me two used tires to put on my Trailblazer and have one as a spare. Then guess what, when I go to leave, my car would not start. I have never had problems with my battery at all so I was surprised. AJ jumped on it did not charge me anything. I recommend this place 100%. I don't know if he owns the shop or just works there but he definitely is the best. He cares.

AJ at Medina's tire shop was great! He was very attentive and was able to hook me up with an excellent price for two new tires. They also have a Program that helps you build your credit purchase items now and pay later. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.😊

Came here the other day to get one of my tires balanced, he took the wheel in the back and proceeded to fix it. Few minutes went by he came back with the wheel ready to install it, for some unknown reason he then changed his mind and advice us that the tire was in really bad condition and was beyond repair. He then brought another tire he was selling for 70 dollars which was ridiculous as the tire look low on thread for that price. I declined and told him I will just look elsewhere for a tire instead, he kept insisting to buy his tire as it will fix the shaking of our truck, i declined again. He then proceeded to install the "defected" tire back on. As he were leaving for another tire shop I noticed the shaking has stopped, in disbelief of how he lied to us that the tire was beyond repair and try to make me waste more money for another tire when the issue was fixed already.

Unprofessional people to do business with. We took my vehicle to them being that is was close to our home. We were told a throttle was needed but the mechanic or AJ could not locate it so my husband had to order it online and wait 2weeks for delivery. Part arrived put on and my car was delivered to my home with the same issue....we took the car back to them. AJ called my husband next day stating car was ready, they test drove it,parked it that night at home. I awoke ready for work got into my car and it would not stay on. I figured it needed to warm up so I continued to drive to work and became stranded on the galvedton overpass...... wrecker towed me to a shop and they would not touch it being that my warranty would be invalid with Medinas. My husband drove the car back home and we called again to have the issue fixed. Third time now after we paid $280.00 mind you the 2nd time because we were told it was ready. Car was back in the shop again (4th week) we called mechanic was at store, called next day AJ had an emergency went by the 3rd day mechanic was at store again but a man claiming to own the property was there stated if our issue was not resolved we would get a refund. We waited another day my car sat there, at the end of the day about 6pm my husband went back to speak to someone my car was still sitting same position with keys in the ignition. Long story short my car is still not running and at another shop and my computer system is out now and not reading......Medina returned $160.00 back to us and made a bigger issue . Beware taking your vehicle or purchasing a vehicle from these amateurs.....you will keep going back for more repairs.

They supposedly sell cars but you can never get ahold of them and nobody's there to check out so I do not recommend wasting your time calling or trying to get in touch with them
