Just Tires

I ordered tires from Amazon and had them installed at this shop. My tires arrived early, and when I received a notification, I called to confirm. The person on the phone confirmed their arrival and asked if I had to wait for my appointment or if I could come in today. He assured me that I could get them installed today. When I arrived, the person I had spoken to was out for lunch, and the person who was outside came inside. He didn’t even greet me and had an impatient demeanor when I explained my situation. He repeatedly stated that my appointment was on the 2nd for installation, which I knew, but the reason I was there was because I had been told I could come in early since the tires arrived early. Not only did I waste gas and time by driving 30 minutes out of my way, but I also couldn’t even get my tires installed, which I had paid for through the Amazon app. I hate to leave negative reviews, but I also detest unprofessional staff. I simply told the person to give me my tires and left.

I can’t say enough about this place. These guys go so far above and beyond that I refuse to go anywhere else. If I’m out of the area, I’ll literally wait to get back just to have them handle my tires, alignment, or any service. They’re even available to take calls when you’re away to help diagnose issues and offer advice. On more than one occasion, they’ve come out to the parking lot and helped me troubleshoot problems for free. The team is amazing—honest, skilled, and genuinely caring. They make you feel like part of the family, and the trust they earn is absolutely deserved. I can’t recommend them enough. Simply fantastic. I could go on and on but you get the gist... these guys are absolutely great and a breath of fresh air when it comes to service, performance, and customer care. I'd leave 10 stars if I could...

I had a great experience at Just Tires. The staff was professional, friendly, and got me taken care of without any hassle. They were upfront about pricing and explained my options clearly, which made it easy to decide what I needed without feeling pressured.

BEST tire/ customer service of 2026! I found JUST TIRES basically driving by daily on my way to work, but had no need to go in until today! so very glad I did... The 1st person I encountered was STEVEN a tire technician, who was so kind & friendly and helped without hesitation! Immediately upon going into the lobby of the shop to open a work ticket I was greeted by NICK who explained the process and next steps before they determined if I needed a replacement tire or if my tire could be repaired. It literally took them less than 30 minutes! a They also determined that the reason my tire indicator light was on was because another tire company I won't name, but NOT going back to over filled a tire. I had an almost flat tire which started all of this was I concerned when i arrived to ork i could see my tire was low. Because I work 12 hour days and drive from Dallas. It's dark when I arrive to work and when I drive home. I need to have good safe tires and now I also have a team of people that care and will check my tires I the future as well! Just tires prices were reasonable too, appreciated in this economy a little savings in my day! Thank you for that too! Whomever the manager of this location is your employees deserve a raise please! I once was a recruiter and if i was still in that line of work these gentlemen would have been instant hirers... DON'T lose them!!! I'll be back for my next oil change too!

Had a nail in my side all and the tire was not fixable. I called and spoke to Nicholas and he said bring my vehicle by so he could check it out and once he saw it he agreed it was not able to be fixed. Nicholas was willing to just replace the one tire at my request and was getting ready to get me taken care of when he explained some of the deals currently being offered. After explaining the options to me I went with a full 4 tire replacement. After explaining the reasons to replace it was the logical choice and he really went the extra mile to get me taken care of. You guys will continue to get my business and I really am loving my new tires. The shop is located at 2350 Justin Rd in Highland Village and my salesperson was Nicholas Sprabary. Thanks for the help Nick, I will be back.
