Big Brand Tire & Service

I've been here twice now. Staff is very friendly. No pushy sales tactics. Today they completed my free 22 point inspection let me know there were no issues before I head out on a 1200 mile road trip. They also went the extra mile and ran a code for my check engine light to let me know what was needed. The repair was not a service they provide or I would have gotten it done here. Will be back for sure!

Friendly and honest. Were told by dealership we were desperately in need of new tires and a brake job. Staff told us tires were good for awhile but needed brake job. Instead of running up the bill, they gave us what we needed and did it with a hand shake, a smile, and a thank you for trusting us
