Absolutely blown away with how my truck turned out. Kevin was amazing. Did the research to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Super quick turn-around. Highly recommend these guys!

First and foremost I hardly ever take time to leave a bad review. But after knowing and experiencing the process of the "finance" option here. I am at an absolute loss of words. I came by just to aquire 4 new tires for my Toyota Tundra. I decided to go the finance route due the things going on in life. So it seemed to be the easier option. Well I was horribly wrong. The company Texas Tires uses for the finance options is called Koalafi. All is well till you read the terms and lease agreement. I agree 100% it was my fault for not reading through this completely and all of the following repercussions. So I'll be 100% transparent for anyone considering this as an option to obtain new items for their vehicles. I STRONGLY recommend you stay far away as possible from doing their finance option through Koalafi. I got 4 new tires and a level kit. Total cost $2400. It's weekly withdrawals from your account, and if you do not pay this off within 180 days, I'll say it once more. IF YOU DO NOT pay this off within 180 days, your tab for said items will literally triple in price. I'm 5 days past the 180 day term, which again is on me, yet I now owe $7847.05. I'm absolutely mind blown I'm here right now. Already not having the necessary funds to get these tires, I'm in an even bigger hole than I started out. What I thought would be a easier financial decision to obtain these tires, which mind you don't fit properly on the truck since the day i left the shop, I now am floored. I fell for this con scheme. I cant get over the fact I made this decision and it's become what it is now. I'm sure there's some cool people that work here and are good at what they do, but I will never recommend this place or their finance options to anyone. EVER. I will say thank you for opening my eyes to the way yall operate and the way this finance company could offer terms like this. And for anyone who doesn't trust that I'm being honest about all of this I will attach photos as well so you may see what I'm dealing with. I hope this at least saves a few hardworking people trying to make ends meet, not come to this same standing. Just run away from this as far as possible. $7847.05 for 4 tires is the cost for convenience here at Texas Tires.

Great place! And great employees, we needed a tire replacement immediately for my son’s vehicle, and they were able to get us in and out so fast. He was literally on his way out to college when we noticed it needed immediate replacement. Thankful for this location! The tire was about to pop and driving on it was not safe.

STRONGLY RECOMMEND! They provided excellent service, right to the point quick and efficient. Sales guys were knowledgeable and the staff doing the installs were top notch. If you need quality and experience don't waste your time anywhere else come see the staff at Texas Tires 9!

Took my truck in this morning for an alignment and a tire rotation, left it so I could pick it up after work. Somehow the guys got their wires crossed, and the alignment wasn't done so I had to wait, I was pissed!! After the service I was ready to pay but the owner Mo said it was on him for the mix up!! I was still wanting to pay, but he refused. Now that's a service recovery, and my truck is driving great!!
