Poor workmanship and poor service. The car needed right rear quarter and trunk repair. I removed the trunk carpet, spare, and liner from the lid so they wouldn't get dirty or damaged by the body shop and to help make things easier for them assessing damage and to do their work. I was called and told the car was ready, but upon arrival the trunk interior was completely covered in dust from all the work they had done, badges on the trunk were missing, and the spare tire mount inside the trunk was severely bent. When I brought it up to the supervisor he started off acting like I was being completely irrational for thinking I should expect it to be clean and that there's no reason they would have caused that damage, even though it's right in the area where they were working. He eventually admitted it should have been cleaned and they would get the badges. I brought the car back for badge installation and watched them apply them to a dirty surface. They didn't even bother to wipe the paint off first. Then when I get the car home to install the spare and carpet, I find pieces of hardware laying in the water channel along the edge of the trunk. Looking deeper I found where they had failed to install these fasteners, and cross threaded others so things weren't fully tightened and were now technically damaged. Now I'm doing other maintenance and have found where they did the same thing. Fasteners not completely tightened and the bolts broken off internally requiring me to purchase a new part and significant difficulty in removing the old part. On top of all this, the exterior repair looks very poor and amateur. There are very obvious sanding marks visible through the paint. I was already frustrated enough with the experience with the service manager and what I had found that I did not even bother bringing it back up because at this point I wouldn't trust them to do any further work.

I would just like to say I think a lot of y’all are sleeping on this collision shop. I have not received my vehicle back yet, so this review is solely based on their customer service skills and dealing with car insurance companies. A huge shout out to Juanita and Dolores for all their dedicated help and assistance they have shown me. I dropped my vehicle off last Monday afternoon. This company found more damage than the first estimate the insurance company greed to. Which I knew they would, because the sensors were going off when nothing was around and my car was slamming on the brakes reversing out when nothing was behind me. The trunk will not just automatically close on you while you’re standing underneath it too. So I knew the insurance’s first offer was not going to cut it. They went to bat for my damaged and reached out to the insurance claims adjuster and the adjuster came out to see for himself. I absolutely LOVE that they stuck their necks out there and were like “no, this isn’t going to cover all the damage that’s been done here.” I just love that they’re willing to take care of this the right way and not give into the insurance companies just because it’s easier. I’m so so so happy and relieved that I brought my vehicle here. So far, I have no regrets and I’m very pleased with their service.

I was able to get scheduled in a timely manner and save about $250 on manufacturer parts vs using the dealership. The work was completed quickly once the parts arrived. I was also able to get keep in contact easily via text with the shop. We have always used Jeffreys for general maintenance and knew they did a great job there- we are grateful for them to help us out in the area as well. I would not hesitate to use them again if the need arose.

Jeffrey's did a repair after our Chrysler Pacifica was rear ended. We came because they are an approved AAA repair shop and they had good reviews. The work was done in a timely manner with constant updates throughout the process. I took one star off only because we had to leave the van longer after initial repairs were finished due to the paint match being off. Otherwise we liked Jeffrey's and they made the paint right for us.
