Had a great experience with this Body Shop, no false promises given. Regular updates and quick turnaround time to my questions and concerns. Harps has been tremendously patience with me when trying to go thru the process of getting a salvage title. I would definitely recommend this collision auto body shop.
View on GoogleI was in need of a vehicle. I wanted a truck. Had a few. Been looking for an about a year. Looked on auto trader. Saw lots of vehicles lots of prices. Found this unbelievable beautiful black crew cab 4x4 Nissan Titan (midnight edition) and cldnt stop going back to it. Then I saw the price and the options. All the specs and I had all the car fax. Made a call and spoke to Justin. He was friendly,engaging. I called at like 10 minutes before closing time. Justin went out and recorded a video of the truck for me and asked if I would like to schedule a meeting. Well after seeing this beautiful truck in the video I kne I wanted it. But first let me say Justin made the video of the truck just for me. I asked him if I could see more pictures of the truck because there were only a few. Showed me they wanted my business and it was a pleasant experience buying my truck from them. I also had the opportunity to work with Roy on this purchase. Nice down to earth guy. Knowledgeable,answered all questions. Patient in explaining his answers to me. I felt at ease and welcomed. Roy showed me the snack area where they had coffee cookies and other things I ws too excited about buying my truck! Thank u so much guys! Great job! The truck is great! First 1100 hundred miles on it and ready for me!

It took a while, but only because they weren’t satisfied with the first time it was done, which built a lot of trust. They were very communicative throughout the process and dealt with all of the insurance mess. The detailing they did made it feel like a brand new car. I would HIGHLY recommend!!

They stay busy as they seem to come highly recommended but they were still able to fix one vehicle for me & evaluate another for my insurance in such a quick turnaround.
