My experience was horrible I felt bullied and price gouged. When I called I received one price when I arrived I got another price, when I left and returned I got a whole different price. They insisted that I get a services that I didn’t want and when I returned they added that service into the bill price . All I wanted was what I was the service that I was quoted for. Really not happy with the service I received!
View on GoogleAfter being told to contact them directly regarding the issues that occurred during my car's visit, I have yet to recieve any call back regarding parts that should have been ordered and info on the engine + many more. With that being said their is no direct name and # for owner. I do not trust this business and I am not comfortable dropping it back off at the place that messed it up, I have gone back, manager did fill up coolant and never responded back about the remaing issues. My # should be in the system if they really intended to make this right... Last convo with Mgr, and no reply...

From the moment I pulled in, they were both welcoming, professional, and made the whole process smooth and easy. They worked efficiently but still took the time to walk me through what they were doing and made sure my car was in great condition before I left. What really impressed me was their customer service. Landin and Brooklyn both had positive attitudes and made the visit feel comfortable instead of rushed. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about helping customers. You don’t always find service this good at a lube shop. If you’re going to Express Lube & Care, I highly recommend Landin and Brooklyn. They’ll make sure you and your vehicle are well taken care of.
View on GoogleA month ago I went here to inspect my car to see what was causing my car battery to not work at times and they told me the battery was dead (despite it being replaced a day before this) and the alternator was not working. They then used their jump starter and my car would not turn on and told me it would cost around 1000 dollars to replace and get the car running but when I used my portable jump starter it worked perfectly fine. My older brother then checked the hood and we realized that the only issue was that the terminal was loose. It was a free and easy fix

They helped me with my state inspection and answered all questions I had! so awesome. My car was highkey messy, but they were not judgy at all and i felt very welcomed!! I will come here every time!!!!!!! and I recommend this place to everyoneee I love this place so amazing
