5 star facility , Honest , fair pricing and fast service. That's the hat trick. What a blessing they were to me . Had a transmission leak and it was found to be in the AC condenser and they got it repaired and back to me quickly , and showed me exactly what was found and showed me the old parts and where the leak was . I will be sending all my business to Cropp's Automotive from now on. Shot out to Transpec Transmissions for diagnosing the issue and taking my truck to Cropp's for me while I was in the hospital . I took my 2011 Jeep to be serviced because she was making some odd sounds. They kept me informed of what they found, what they recommended, and what to potentially expect in the future. The price was incredibly fair and the turn around was quick. I'll definitely return in the future and highly recommend!

I took my car to Jessie at Cropp’s Automotive for the first time to fix the carburetor and a gas tank leak. He ended up keeping my car for an entire month. When I dropped it off, the blower and horn were working fine—but when I picked it up, both no longer worked. Months later, I brought the car back because of those same issues. He kept it for another week and a half, promised to fix it, then told me I’d have to pay again. During that week and a half, my car just sat there untouched. When I finally picked it up, a rodent had chewed through the sponge and leather in my antique car’s back seat. When I confronted him, Jessie said he wasn’t responsible. To me, an honest mechanic should stand by their word and their work. Instead, I ended up with new problems, no accountability, and damage to my car. I regret paying him upfront and I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable, professional service. Lesson learned.
