Don’t call this guy, will not take responsibility for his mistakes. Chris come out to fix a ALTERNATOR lifted the vehicle incorrectly with a floor jack on the engine oil pan which in photo below you can see the hole in the oil pan. he left a women and 2 children in a parking lot. Who are out of town no where to go, told them he had to go get parts and now will not accept phone calls and is saying the oil pan was like that when he arrived which isn’t the truth. Chris left them stranded in a parking lot with 8 qts of oil surrounding there vehicle this is not a trustworthy person. This could have gone so much better if the alternator was installed with out the oil pan being damaged during the process. Now this mother and 2 children are living in there broken car in a random parking lot. Mobile mechanic of the year. A trustworthy mechanic would have said I made a mistake let me get you a new oil pan. Not just throw a couple micro fiber towels down to soak up the oil and dip! Not acceptable man DO BETTER!

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE USE THIS GUY! I found him at home depot on the day my dads starter went out. we had to order a starter and wait for it to be delivered. he was scheduled to come and do the repair showed up and left no more than 20 mins later and took the starter with him and claimed to had replaced the starter. I got under truck this morning and confirmed the old starter was still installed and not bolts were touched. He brought starter back claiming he bought a new one and well it was the same exact starter that was purchased online but the box now had writing on it stating what vehicle it goes to. its as if he stole the part to use it for other repairs. I trulty wish i read reviews about this dude before telling my dad about him. If anyone else had parts stolen search his company and you can locate his home address and get HCPD involved to get your part back just FYI.

I wish i would’ve looked at the reviews before i had this guy work on my car. He replaced my starter on Saturday, it worked fine for 12 hours and went down again. I let Chris know the problem and he said to shoot him the address and he would be out to make sure the wires were connected properly. That was on Sunday and now it’s Thursday and he refuses to respond to any of my calls or texts from different numbers. From looking at the reviews here now i can clearly see that he does this to everyone and now I’ve spent so much money trying to get this car fixed and it’s RIDICULOUS that he would mess up my car and stop responding like it’s not his fault. IF THIS GUY MESSAGES YOU TO FIX YOUR CAR DONT DO IT!!!!!!!

The Guy Chris DAY came to replace my alternator. But instead broke my motor oil pan and said he was going to O'Reilly for a part at 4:00 p.m he never came back. Please help me sue this guy for damages. DO Not Go Here. He left my car leaking motor oil every where. Hood open and he didn't answer my phone calls after he left so urgently. I knew he messed up when the car fell. I believe he jacked the car up wrong and when it fell the jack punch a hole in motor. HE HAS YET TO CONTACT ME. BAD PLACE DON'T EVEN BOTHER TRYING TO CALL HIM.

I worked the technician Mr. Chris and at first he seemed like a very honest guy and willing to help me out. He came over diagnosed the issue then proceeded to tell me which parts I needed. Like I said before he seemed very honest so I purchased the parts. He came over to put them on and car still didn’t work. He then told me to call someone to see if it was my key fob cause he thought it needed to be reprogrammed and if that wasn’t the issue he would come back. Welp that surely wasn’t the issue and when I texted him he told me he would come Sunday at noon. Come Sunday, I texted him and he did respond at first but then all communication stopped. He took my parts with him in which always keep my old parts. All in all don’t book with him. I never leave negative comments but this was absolutely unprofessional. At least give me the common courtesy. Do not book!!
