Classic Ford Service

I travelled to Galveston for vacation all the way from Kansas and my check engine light came on about two hours away. I was superrr stressed. I tried to call the dealership when they opened but apparently called and left a message with sales first (never heard back). I then tried to call the service department but couldn't get through. So I drove my vehicle to them and explained my situation to the service advisor, Jenner. I can't recommend him or this place enough! They got my vehicle in quickly and gave us a ride back to where we were staying so we could still enjoy our vacation while we waited. Jenner called back after a short time, and explained what was wrong with my vehicle. I was perfectly fine with having them fix my vehicle while it was there, but Jenner called back again a short while later and explained in detail why he thought it would be better for us to wait until we got home just in case any complications happened due to the nature of the repair and we ended up stuck for a while. He eased my worries and assured me my vehicle would make it back home, and he was right. I so very much appreciated his honesty and clear communication. I would highly recommend Classic Ford for any services, and I thank them and Jenner greatly for helping me when I was stuck in a different state and worried about potentially not being able to make it home!

We were on a road trip from Michigan to Texas when we started having trouble with our starter. We didn’t want to risk it going out during the rest of our trip or on our way home so we decided to have it checked out. They were able to get us in first thing the next morning and Tyler graciously offered us shuttle service back to our resort so we wouldn’t have to wait in the lobby or worry about finding another ride. His service was also excellent in keeping us informed and making sure everything happened in a timely manner. They got the part in by the next day and had it fixed by early afternoon. This was our 4th time having the car serviced at a dealership since purchasing it only a little over a year ago. In that time we’ve spent months without a car, paid for towing and expensive repairs and no one could explain why our relatively new car felt like such a lemon. While fixing our starter the mechanic discovered an error that was made during the initial replacement of our transmission just months after purchase which was likely the root cause of every problem we’ve had over the last several months. Who knew we needed to leave the Motor City and come down to Texas for the best car service we’ve ever recieved.

I made an appointment and dropped my car at 848am never received a call. I called them about 3:30 pm to find out the car would be ready in an hour. I was getting a key programmed . Which I was told would take 30minutes to an hour. Then found out the key I have could not be programmed so I brought the key from them. I had been put on hold transferred to voicemail through out the time of trying to get service. Very unprofessional

I would never take my vehicle here for service again. I bought my vehicle at this dealership in 2017 and it was a great experience. I have been here twice for service and both times have sucked. This past experience was the worst. Antonio lied to me from the time I dropped of the vehicle. The service manager was rude as well. It took 5 days for them to tell me the computer says I need a new O2 sensor with an appointment. The shuttle driver admitted to forgetting to come back and pick me up until Antonio called and reminded him. Almost 4 hours later.

Very professional service department. Courteous staff. Clean waiting area and restrooms. Had an oil change and a very adequate wait time!
