I walked into there and knew that I was getting six of my grandchildren for the summer and I needed a vehicle that was dependable and would fit my needs and my salesman Royce Seay took me out to the car that exactly fit my needs and my price range and is absolutely beautiful I just couldn’t be more pleased and when I picked it up, I went and picked up my grandchildren and they fit perfectly and it is wonderful Everyone there is so nice and the finance lady Debbie It’s so knowledgeable and so helpful. It was such an easy, easy experience. It was an absolute blessing. I counted as a miracle right straight from God.

I've always gone to another dealership to get any work done on my vehicle, had a bad experience with Classic many years ago. Which sucks because I've been in Galveston my whole life. So a friend convinced me to go back and give them another shot. I started small and went to get an oil change. They said will top off all fluids which they didn't at all because radiator coolant was low. A month after my oil change (1000 miles later) my car started to mess up and the check engine light popped on. I started to check my vehicle to only to pull the dipstick for it to be completely dry. I called Classic and spoke with the service manager for him to tell me to bring it in. He said it was only dry because it had lost a quart of oil and they would top it off and check the engine light for me. This made no sense to me at all of why the dip stick was so dry, he said these new vehicles will be dry if they lose a quart, again makes no sense to me. Well drove truck and 3 days later check engine light popped on again. I was not goint back to Classic, so definitely be careful with this place because I'm still having issues with my vehicle which I had never had before.

John Bishop was my service tech. He was kind, courteous and professional, he resolved my problem quickly. In addition to resolving the immediate issue, he was able to get my needed oil change done while I was there.

Great people working here. They don’t pressure you and get you into what you want fast and easy. Justin Love has always been a great salesman for years!! Drove off in my new 2024 Crown !!

I scheduled an appointment on the 18th of December for the 30th. When I arrived I was told that there were 43 vehicles in front of me and that I would need to leave the vehicle. The next day I received a diagnosis of a bad power steering pump at a cost of $2,435. I asked to come and get my vehicle which I did as I couldn’t afford that amount. I paid over $200 for the diagnostic fee and some fluids. The vehicle had the water pump seized on the way home. Belt came off and I lost steering, brakes, etc as a result . I was lucky that I was in a parking lot. I could have been in terrible accident if the belt had come off 5 minutes earlier when I was on the highway. Actual diagnostic at another repair service was a bad water pump not a bad power steering pump. They provided a video showing the actual water pump with sound that recorded the actual sound I was hearing that had me to take that vehicle in for service in the first place. I need a full refund as your diagnosis was totally incorrect and place me in danger .The power steering pump is not the issue and is working fine.
