We purchased a truck from Canales. We flew in from Memphis to buy the truck we found online. Archie was great to work with even offering to pick us up at the airport. They were very transparent with the truck sending pictures showing us any cosmetic damage before we made the trip. Also had everything on this truck in top condition for us. My husband had looked for several months to find just exactly what he wanted and this truck fit the bill being reasonably priced with low mileage and in great condition.

The employees at Canales were amazing to me and my family. We hit debris on the highway and they were the closest auto store near us. They went out of their way to look at our vehicle and let me know it would be drivable (after taking off the plastic that had broken when we hit the debris). Definitely would recommend this company to anyone!

Canales Auto Sales is top notch, customer service and a pleasure to do business with. I have bought two vehicles from them in the past three months 2026. A Chevy Avalanche and now a Honda Pilot SUV. The truck was to big for my purpose around town. Stopped by the sales lot to see what they had on hand. I have owned Honda's in the past, great vehicle. I looked the car over good and they gave me the keys to test drive. Then I traded in my truck and drove off the lot my with my Honda in a couple of hours. No hassle negations or dealer tricks. A few days later my battery quit. Called the dealer and they came out and jump started my car. Instructed me to go to the auto store. They will replace the battery at no charge to me. Then offered to install the battery for me, no wait time. The manager was getting his hands dirty to install. I don't know to many managers that are ready to roll there sleeves up. I highly recommend these guys and there staff. Pleasure doing business with you.

This place was amazing. My family hit a piece of debris on the highway coming into Galveston, and we were worried nobody would be open to help, but after looking around, we saw Canales was open. The employees were so nice and assured us it was only damage to the bumper. Would recommend them to anyone in the area.

I'm surprised at all these great reviews! I purchased from a vehicle from Canales, a White Nissan Murano. It drove good the day of purchase but the day after it sounded like a tractor and the lights lit up on the dashboard like the fourth of July! I wouldn't go back nor refer friends.
